Great value and Helpful staff!
April 26, 2019Firstly, I am quite happy with how much living space I get for the price which ALSO includes a 2 car garage included in the price (the last place I lived had a separate charge for garages.. lame). Secondly, the manager here has been extremely helpful in working with my wife and I to secure us an apartment and past that much more helpful still in alleviating any issues that we have experienced in the process of moving into a new apartment. Lastly, we are surprised at how well these apartments are ...for sound insulation/isolation. Overall, we love it here!Property Manager Responded

Fantastic Apartment for the Price
October 12, 2018This was the first complex I visited after searching on Apartments.com for places near to where I would soon be working. The complex manager was very gracious and accommodating concerning my move in from out-of-town, and went out of his way to offer me a visitation that worked for my schedule at short notice. The apartment itself is excellently laid out, with plenty of modern conveniences like small but well-functioning radiators, a washer and dryer in the apartment rather than a communal ...laundry center, and an ergonomic layout that makes the most of the available floor space. In addition, the condition of the building itself is excellent, with my carpets and baseboards appearing to be practically new despite being installed seven years ago. The complex is well insulated, and while I know I have a neighbor next door I haven't actually heard any noise from our adjacent wall. I also haven't had any disturbances from pets despite seeing a good number around the complex, so I wouldn't be concerned about them as a noise issue. Each apartment also comes with its own spacious garage, which has plenty of room for storage as well as vehicles. In the end, I have been very impressed with the quality of the facilities and the management staff. All of this for less than a hundred dollars more per month than what I was paying for facilities thirty years older and very hands-off management at the last place I stayed at. I couldn't ask for a better place to live right now.Property Manager Responded
