Decent, but management is terrible.
May 23, 2025I lived here from 2023-2024. The apartment itself has plenty of room for what you're paying for in San Diego. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath and thought the price was fair. When we moved in there were little hairs all over the toilet and a cockroach that they had painted over instead of removing in the master bathroom. Parking was not assigned, and people would leave their cars in the same spot for months. There was a car that had it's doors open and dust collecting. The garage itself always had ...trash in it. I could never get the spots I wanted because the first level was always full and the second floor was the only available. The trash room always smelled horrible and sometimes people would leave there trash on the floor if the bin was too full. The gym and club room are decent for what you're getting. I'd still prefer to go to an actual gym, but it works for getting a quick workout done. The location of the complex is very close to great restaurants. Moving in and out was a hassle, because you can't pull a U-Haul into their garage, you're parked on the sidewalk and the gate doesn't hang open. Towards the end of my lease, the neighbors pipe burst flooding my apartment and ruining a large rug I had on the ground. Management didn't send any apology or recognition of the inconvenience. They told me to "that's why you have insurance". The blonde woman that works there seems to hate her job. I'm not sure why she works there if she hate's helping customers. All in all, this is a decent apartment complex but the property managers there leave a bad taste in your mouth every time you talk to them.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance staff is amazing!
September 25, 2024It’s always important to not only live in an amazing community but to have an amazing maintenance team to back it up. Juan is absolutely amazing. He always goes above and beyond for our maintenance needs and concerns. Never leaves anything request unanswered or completed. He’s been part of the team for years now so he is definitely alemone you can trust! November 9, 2021Love the field right by the building. Watertank runs out of hot water fairly quickly, fire alarms are extremely sensitive..can't use oven without all alarms going off...so we unplugged them. Fridge is significantly smaller than what was shown in tour and than what we were expecting. Elevators are very slow. Trash service is awesome! Maintenance is great, property is nice but management is not good
November 1, 2021The property is beautiful and well-kept and there are lots of amenities as well which are great. There is a fair amount of parking for residents and not a bad guest parking system. However, we've had several concerns rise up in less than 1 year of living here and were disappointed with how these issues were handled by office staff. The management team needs to respond to resident concerns and follow up in a timely manner. They did not show any urgency when there was a 6-month old beehive in the ...master bedroom of our apartment and took months to resolve the issue. We also had issues with our water heater (no hot water for an entire week-twice) and had gas leakage from the dryer. Trash was always overflowing in the trash room. Our disappointment specifically lies with the management team. When we brought up our concerns, they showed a lack of urgency/proactiveness, responsiveness, and accountability. We understand issues that occur are outside the control of staff, but their care/responsibility/accountability is what matters to us. Security was also disappointing as one of our cars was broken into inside the garage and no follow-up was given. Maintenance staff tried their best to help us resolve the issues as they arose and we appreciate them. Another thing to note about this property is that there is construction right next door at the school every day early in the morning (this is not the property's fault of course but thought I'd mention it here). Overall, it is a nice property but due to management, we do not feel like our concerns are taken seriously and for that reason we will not be renewing our lease.Property Manager Responded

We feel we have worked with you in attempts to resolve each issue brought to our attention. This was shown as we effectively communicated during every step of the beehive extraction and water heater. We understood the inconvenience of no hot water, so accommodated the best we could by giving you the keys to another unit to use until your water heater was delivered. Additionally, our maintenance team is working hard to fix the trash chutes. Finally, we agree that the car break-ins were very frustrating.
