November 18, 2025Just moved in a couple weeks ago. There were centipedes crawling all over the floors inside. It is getting a little better now, I have been seeing less of them recently. My only other complaint is the outside patio area. There is a lot of overgrown hedges/bushes which presents a problem with bugs. I have a small dog and it would be ideal if the brush could be completely removed from the one side so that I don't have to worry about it. I have asked a couple times and having it cleaned out. I was ...told the new lawn crew would take care of it but they haven't. Besides those things, everything is great here. I am very please with everything else. The drive thru gates on the Congress Ave. Entrance have been broken and left open for a week or more. There are two walk in gates from the walkway by the canal and the locks have been broke for what feels like about two weeks where any body can just walk on to the property.Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2025I have had a few hiccups here and there, but the staff has been on top of it to fix the things that needed to be fixed and always with a smile. I also enjoy all of the ammenities and how much the community offers to it's residents. Everyone that lives here is nice and very dog friendly as well.Property Manager Responded
