May 18, 2022Filled application paid the fee then find out that they have a long waiting list. The website says they have openings. The pool is getting fixed but had someone drive around the complex and no one working on it still full of green water. Don't believe me google it an look at satelliteProperty Manager Responded

Worst ever!!!
July 20, 2021Office staff if nice and try but the management company sucks. Property Manager is never around either.Trash everywhere, bugs, loud, pool doesn't work, what they list on their website is a lie. Black stuff coming out the vents. These people don't care about the apartment complex. Nothing is picked up and people can do what they want. The units are out dated and nothing gets fixed. The kitchen cabinets don't even close. They are not worth the price you pay. They don't give you the apartment your ...suppose to have either. Beware the management company has law suits on them!! Gates are left open. It is not secure over here and gun shots are heard everyday. Not safeProperty Manager Responded

Shady Online Dealings
June 11, 2021Did you read online on your favorite apartment site that Mira Lagos had immediate availabilities? Me too! Did you click on the check availability button and find the apartment floor plans and unit numbers that are available? Me too but BEWARE. The unit numbers attached to a particular floor plan marked as available is a generated unit number, not an actual available unit number. If you actually believe from the printed quote that there is a unit for you and fill out an application and pay the ...application fee, you too will be REALLY SURPRISED. The printed quote that tells you how much your apartment (which isn’t an available apartment at all) will cost and the date it is available is as bogus as the generated unit number. If you have gotten this far you are out the application fee (its non-refundable) and you don’t even know if a unit is or will ever be available in the near future. I you ask about the bogus unit number and quote, the staff at Mira Lago will tell you the number is for the Wait List and who knows how long that is. The Moral: DO NOT check availability on their site or online, CALL THEM. It will save you time, grief, and the application fee for an apartment that may never be available when you need it. AND really consider if you want to sign a lease with a company that does this kind of shady dealing. BEWARE!Property Manager Responded

Horrible Experience!!!
January 8, 2019I went there to look at a property. I spent over two weeks, and sent several emails to gather insight about the community, and I never made contact with anyone. . I literally took a day off to drive over to the community in order to be better assisted. One of the girls in the office ignored me and didn't even acknowledge me as I waited to speak. When I was finally able to be assisted by someone, she handed me a flyer, and told me they couldn't show me a property because they're too busy and to ...come back another day so that I could possibly be able to view one then. How can you be too busy to show someone a property when they are showing interest to move in? If you're too busy to show me around, you're too busy to fix anything that goes wrong with my apartment.
