December 31, 2025I came to this complex because of the good reviews, but after living here for a few months, I have to say that the worst part is the absolute nonexistence of the management office. Whenever there’s a problem, you call and they NEVER answer… And when they finally bother to, you have to call them several more times afterward just to remind them. If you want sleepless nights, constant worry, and no peace, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I don’t recommend it. The new manager is rude and ...doesn't repair anything. I would not recommend moving to the complex now. Under extremely poor new management. Don't move here. Please be advised to consider somewhere else. There are thieves in the complex and garage pickup is horrendous.Property Manager Responded

January 10, 2019This place is a great place to live. Been here a few years and the New Owners actually care about their tenants and have improved the property greatly. New landscaping, lighting, pool area. Its really a great place for the money. The Landings at Southpoint.
December 28, 2018This is the best place ever. It's a beautiful property in a great location. The staff is awesome and maintenance is great. It's a friendly community and also very pet-friendly. Also quiet and kept very clean. Too bad 5 stars is the max because I would rate it a 10! I really think this is the best kept secret for renting in Jax.Property Manager Responded
