January 9, 2025The poor reviews here and on google should serve as a warning. The management of this property is horrific. They cannot do a single thing. Every time you ask to fix something, they say it is not their job. Instead of fixing the broken entry gate, they hired the most predatory towing company around. They overcharge current tenants trying to renew instead of lowering their rent to market value of their apartment. My renewal was for $235 more than they listed the apartment for, despite being a loyal ...tenant for over three years. Take your money somewhere else that will help you when you need it and actually care about you. They could not possibly care less about their tenants here. The maintenance of the community is terrible and they leave mountains of trash everywhere what feels like every month.Property Manager Responded

don’t waste your money
December 14, 2024This complex is very run down on the inside . There are many problems that come up and the property management does absolutely nothing. They don’t answer phones ( when confronted about it they said yes they know but don’t answer phones ) to email but then u email and they still don’t answer. Read the reviews before wasting ur money. This place is infested with roaches.the rent is too high for all of this . The least they can do is not paint over dirt and dead roaches before moving you in . Lack of professionalism and communication from management!
August 28, 2024Management has no clue of what’s going on. Such a lovely and pleasant community. Wonderful neighbors but poor management. Can never get a straight answer to my issues. April 25, 2024Really enjoying living here. It’s a quiet community and family & dog friendly. Only cons I would add is the gate is open 24/7 and the speed at which cars enter the community. Other than that, it’s a nice place to be.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2024Its been a very enjoyable experience so far, the area is great and close to alot of stores. Its proximity to Miami is also very nice. Biggest issue I have with the area is the inefficient road layout and traffic.Property Manager Responded

February 27, 2024Our move in experience has been challenging. We got an apartment that wasn’t given in the conditions it should’ve been. Didn’t get repainted, some chips on the walls that weren’t repaired, and keep in mind there are no lights in the living room and bedroom that work. You’ll have to buy either ceiling fans with remote or lights with remote/smart light fixtures as there’s no electric wiring connecting from the light to the on/off switch. Communication with the community lease office has also not ...been the greatest. Which is too bad because it’s a nice quiet community but they definitely need to improve their customer service and how they lack of communicating everything related to the apartment you’re about to rent. We haven’t even moved in, waiting for the stuff that needs to be fixed - but started paying since the 23rd it’s the 27th.Property Manager Responded
