The poor reviews here and on google should serve as a warning. The management of this property is horrific. They cannot do a single thing. Every time you ask to fix something, they say it is not their job. Instead of fixing the broken entry gate, they hired the most predatory towing company around. They overcharge current tenants trying to renew instead of lowering their rent to market value of their apartment. My renewal was for $235 more than they listed the apartment for, despite being a loyal ...
tenant for over three years. Take your money somewhere else that will help you when you need it and actually care about you. They could not possibly care less about their tenants here. The maintenance of the community is terrible and they leave mountains of trash everywhere what feels like every month.
