This is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities. We’ve lived here almost 2 years. They are quick to address any maintenance issues. The hot tub and pool are our favorite hangout!!

Usually the best apartment living experience is when you don’t have to think about it. When I first moved in I had some maintenance issues which took 4 weeks to have someone take a look at. When they finally did, an exceedingly competent man, Ben, had just been hired and took care of everything in one fell swoop. With his addition to the team and the parking lot potholes being fixed soon, my rating has gone up considerably. Thanks!

Maintenance team has fallen off the face of the earth and will not address any of our opens service requests unless it's to say it's completed when they never actually contacted us or fixed the problems and the leasing team isn't much better.

The apartments are not too bad but the maintenance has been a major issue. I had my bathtub’s finish starting to peel off and at the time of writing this it’s has been 4 months since my initial work order, which was closed without being fixed, and another month since I reopened the work order.

I’ve had a generally positive experience as a resident. The community is well-maintained, and the staff is responsive and helpful whenever issues come up. Enjoying living here so far! Savannah was super helpful in the application process. Grounds are kept well and there aren't any issues with parking. Only suggestions I'd have are keeping the hot tub open year round and filling some of the pot holes in the parking lot.
