February 17, 2026This is the best experience I've ever had trying to rent. Kira is phenomenal. Every other place I've tried to apply to has just made me feel less than human. But Kira was so kind, so welcoming, and the entire process has just been so smooth and easy. That in itself makes all the difference in the world. Update after move in: when I first moved into my unit it hadn't been cleaned in between tenants, but I have been very impressed with how they have handled the situation and they're making it ...right. I moved in over the weekend and expressed my concerns on the move-in inspection sheet. I got a call from maintenance first thing Monday morning and within 24 hours they had a professional cleaning crew come in and maintenance is taking care of all of my concerns. January 22, 2026The staff and maintenance team are very nice and do their best to respond to tenant and maintenance requests. The noise levels both inside the apartments and around the grounds is excessive at times. Appliances and other parts inside the apartments seem to break down/not work on a fairly regular basis and I was not given an upgraded apartment as I was told at the time of signing my lease. January 22, 2026Receiving our keys to our new apartment was very exciting. Walking into a fresh and clean apartment with all the amenities is great. My son and daughter are excited about having their own bathrooms. The are excited with the fitness center, pool and hot tub. We are organizing everything into its own place and making our apartment feel like home and it will soon be completed and we then can relax and enjoy our new apartment. December 30, 2025The apartment had several issues when I moved in that have yet to be fully addressed. When I requested to do a walk through before move in I was told "I don't do that" by the woman setting up my move in.
