April 24, 2026Usually the best apartment living experience is when you don’t have to think about it. When I first moved in I had some maintenance issues which took 4 weeks to have someone take a look at. When they finally did, an exceedingly competent man, Ben, had just been hired and took care of everything in one fell swoop. With his addition to the team and the parking lot potholes being fixed soon, my rating has gone up considerably. Thanks!Review from Apartments.com

April 13, 2026Maintenance team has fallen off the face of the earth and will not address any of our opens service requests unless it's to say it's completed when they never actually contacted us or fixed the problems and the leasing team isn't much better.Property Manager Responded

April 9, 2026The apartments are not too bad but the maintenance has been a major issue. I had my bathtub’s finish starting to peel off and at the time of writing this it’s has been 4 months since my initial work order, which was closed without being fixed, and another month since I reopened the work order.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2026Enjoying living here so far! Savannah was super helpful in the application process. Grounds are kept well and there aren't any issues with parking. February 17, 2026This is the best experience I've ever had trying to rent. Kira is phenomenal. Every other place I've tried to apply to has just made me feel less than human. But Kira was so kind, so welcoming, and the entire process has just been so smooth and easy. That in itself makes all the difference in the world. Update after move in: when I first moved into my unit it hadn't been cleaned in between tenants, but I have been very impressed with how they have handled the situation and they're making it ...right. I moved in over the weekend and expressed my concerns on the move-in inspection sheet. I got a call from maintenance first thing Monday morning and within 24 hours they had a professional cleaning crew come in and maintenance is taking care of all of my concerns.
