June 14, 2020Called in February & March about an apartment prices were way less than what is shown now. Was told it’s based off of income and what documents I needed to apply. Called back later no answer went by the location still nothing but from the looks of how the vehicles was parked behind the gates some of them was already rented out. Unprofessional/Rude
June 9, 2020It’s not the apartments. It’s the service! They do not answer their phones to give clear information. I had an appointment scheduled and when I showed up for it no one knew about the appointment. Then the woman who answered the door seemed unconcerned about the information I requested. Unorganized and unprofessional!
March 6, 2020I applied 2/15/2020 and was told to give my 30 day notice at my current complex. I’ve called and left several messages but I’m not getting any calls back. I was told the property does not have all its licenses in order so I was then told they’d run my application and get back to me. I almost lost my current apartment because they had pre leased it after giving my 30 day notice! Now 3/6 I still have not received any calls or information regarding my move in.
