Miro Has All to Offer

I love living at the MIro Brickell. It is close to all the action, yet far enough that it is quiet. They just redid the lobby and it looks beautiful. The front office staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Great place to live!

New management is terrible

Don't move in here. The place is run down, zero security, amenities are not up to par, management does not care whatsoever-they make no attempt to make their residents feel heard or instill confidence. Many current residents are moving out due to their poor management.

I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to move to Miro. It once was a very nice place to live and reside in, however, ever since the old management left and a new one has taken over, it has gone downhill from there. For one, the fire alarms go off pretty much every day, multiple times a day. Sometimes early in the morning, making work from home impossible and sometimes late at night when one is trying to get some sleep. The package is a mess, making it impossible to find anything. area and equipment from the gym has been stolen and not replaced for months now. The garage door always seems to be broken as well. With rent pricing increased dramatically, we fail to see the concierge benefit that was promised. There currently has not been a concierge for the past 6 months, forcing residents to have to go down to receive a delivery or guests. Lastly, and probably the most concerning, it seems like law enforcements are always outside the building during the weekends due to some other issue that has occurred, making safety a concern.

I recently moved into Miro Brickell, and it has been a great experience. The person who moved out of my room before me left the room unlivable (carpet was covered in pee stains, walls were scuffed up, smoke damage throughout the room, it was disturbing). Thankfully the management team went above and beyond to clean the room and organize painters, carpet replacement, and professional cleaners within 1 week of this woman moving out. So far I have been living in Miro Brickell for a little over 2 years. This building was once managed by a previous company but they are now managed by Bozzuto. Ever since their team came in they have brought nothing but great changes to the community! The staff are extremely friendly and always very welcome to help with whatever issues their residents have. Huge shout out to the Property Manager Conny and Assistant Property Manager Melissa, they are fantastic people to work with. Would 10/10 ...

From the very first time I called in looking to move from Orlando to Miami, Shawn took very good care of me and my needs. He made the process so easy despite COVID restrictions. From the FaceTime calls to view the apartments virtually to making sure I was accommodated through locking in my price and specials. apartment property and I’ve lived in quite of few. I’ve only mentioned two names here but everyone in the establishment has been so helpful and pleasant. From the workers, to the concierge lady who always speaks to the maintenance and the cleaning crew. They really enjoy hosting events for their residents and always making us feel at home. The areas and building are always clean and they are always upgrading new features to keep us safe and making the community that much more enjoyable to live in. I could go on and on but in essence I would give this apartment complex 10 stars if I could. If you’re looking for an affordable place to live in and around a popular area I would definitely recommend. I normally don’t write reviews because there’s always something to complain about at some places but I can honestly say there are none from me. Thanks Miro for your A+ customer service and making this a great place to live.

I have lived here since 2018, the building amenities are very nice, great place if you have a dog. I have to say, since the new property management Bozzuto took over the building improves every day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This a great place to live in Brickell.
