    I love living here though there's so many maintenance problems and management doesn't immediately take action. It requires a lot of reminders to get them to help. That said, once they do, they make things happen. Also, there's no sense of community, which I would like.

    Cynthia performed walk through inspection for my unit. That was very thorough. The maintenance crew fixed most of the stuffs right away and the housekeeping cleaned kitchen and bathroom right away.

    The worst management experience I have ever had…never do what they promise…still have issues from when I moved in 10 months ago and still not done…cabinets needed replacement, lights, electrical switches…not one polite or considerate person in the management office…everyone is condescending and rude…

    Great place, but Wifi in general area like pool and gym not working , I was told they would fix, but still waiting! Also construction noise!!!!

    Love our place, we are very happy, I do wish one thing, if the front entry to building #2 can be cleaned? there is bird poop and garbage. our neighbors are great.

    Good experience, needs more maintenance on site. I like this place and would recommend it, elevator has been out in one building for a long time and not fixed yet but over all is good place

    I love the neighborhood as it is at a great location with close access to all the fancy restaurants and shopping malls. It's been 8 months since I moved here and I absolutely love Misora especially the swimming pool :)

    Santana Row is a super place with great staff and service. Location is perfect with many restaurants and shops just outside your door. Across the street is Valley fair so even more shopping.

    Crystal and her team are absolutely amazing! She follows up and keeps communicating on many issues that needs fixing. She has a calm and friendly demeanor and she comes across very honest and hard working;—she should be promoted to manager as she conducts herself very professional! I think she is problem solver a fantastic communicator and she is naturally gifted and brilliant when coming up solving problems.
