Smoking indoors !!!!
November 25, 2019People are smoking cigarettes and marijuana inside their apartments and management is doing nothing about it ! Corporate won’t even answer their phones. Smoke is leaking into other apartments causing a hazard for other tenants ! Second hand smoke is real people and it can kill others . Warning
December 4, 2015First, keep in mind this post is not listed in anger. We were erroneously denied an apartment weeks ago and have since found a lovely place to call home. If I can protect even one person from wasting their hard earned money, my mission is complete. The manager at Mission Bay has no heart and determines who gets in based on her personal agenda. Our background came back clean. We have a solid payment history and good credit. We verified with the credit reporting agencies that there was no incorrect ...data on our reports. She could not come up with a legitimate excuse as to why we were denied so she told us "you two are Criminals" in front of office staff and other perspective victims, slandering us with no basis. They are an "income assisted" facility and need not advertise. They can and do accept everyone's application (WITH AN $85 PER PERSON FEE) and then deny all but a select few, lining their's and the management company execs pockets with $$$. You may as well throw your money in the fireplace and at least get some warmth out of it because its gone; and Cornerstone Residential Management, LLC turns a blind eye. Don't fall into the trap. October 11, 2015Pros: Beautiful exterior. Newly renovated parking lot. Spacious rooms and walk in closets. Fireplace and sunroom. Cons: Apartments were built in 1991 and some of the appliances show that age. Difficult to find parking near your building after 9pm. Maintenance is loud at all times of the morning. September 23, 2015Mission Bay has had so many people come and go in their office just in the last year alone! The office itself is very unorganized with files everywhere. There is no consistency and they keep changing their rules. Instead of having a chance of choosing to have a washer and Dryer, they are now upping the price and making everyone have a washer and Dryer for $55.00 a month on top of their rent. Apartments are old but they are still upping the price. Even tenants who have been at Mission bay for a ...long time have to follow these rules. This is wrong! I would say that they are truly a very unprofessional apartment complex. Maintenance leaves doors unlocked after working on apartments, there is a huge cockroach problem in a lot of the buildings, and they don't work well with your schedule. It also has the benefit of being within 10 minutes of everything like the Avenues mall and major grocery stores.
