People are smoking cigarettes and marijuana inside their apartments and management is doing nothing about it ! Corporate won’t even answer their phones. Smoke is leaking into other apartments causing a hazard for other tenants ! Second hand smoke is real people and it can kill others . Don’t live here if you don’t want to have your apartment smelling like smoke everyday.

This is my second year here and I didn't mind living here until we got all new staff in the office in august, the new manger is a a missareble human being and will throw your personal stuff out and harass you non stop, there is no communicating with her. When my lease is up I can't wait to get out of here!! Save your money and time and rent somewhere else!!

First, keep in mind this post is not listed in anger. We were erroneously denied an apartment weeks ago and have since found a lovely place to call home. If I can protect even one person from wasting their hard earned money, my mission is complete. The manager at Mission Bay has no heart and determines who gets in based on her personal agenda. Our background came back clean. We have a solid payment history and good credit. We verified with the credit reporting agencies that there was no incorrect ...

She could not come up with a legitimate excuse as to why we were denied so she told us "you two are Criminals" in front of office staff and other perspective victims, slandering us with no basis. They are an "income assisted" facility and need not advertise. They can and do accept everyone's application (WITH AN $85 PER PERSON FEE) and then deny all but a select few, lining their's and the management company execs pockets with $$$. You may as well throw your money in the fireplace and at least get some warmth out of it because its gone; and Cornerstone Residential Management, LLC turns a blind eye.
Don't fall into the trap. They lure you in with fancy furnishings and lower rent based on income, take your money, and you never again hear from them!! Insert skull and crossbones here.

Pros: Beautiful exterior. Newly renovated parking lot. Spacious rooms and walk in closets. Fireplace and sunroom. Cons: Apartments were built in 1991 and some of the appliances show that age. Difficult to find parking near your building after 9pm. Maintenance is loud at all times of the morning. Only one garbage compactor at 1 end of the complex.

Mission Bay has had so many people come and go in their office just in the last year alone! The office itself is very unorganized with files everywhere. There is no consistency and they keep changing their rules. Instead of having a chance of choosing to have a washer and Dryer, they are now upping the price and making everyone have a washer and Dryer for $55.00 a month on top of their rent. Maintenance leaves doors unlocked after working on apartments, there is a huge cockroach problem in a lot of the buildings, and they don't work well with your schedule. They say they are spraying for the bugs, but the spray is not working. This is not a good place to live!

I'm pretty indifferent about my place of living. I appreciate the good qualities, such as responsive maintenance team, water included, and washer/dryer in unit. I do not enjoy the bug problem that is nonstop. No matter how much I treat it, or clean, or put out traps.

I have lived in this complex over the past three years and these are, in my opinion, the nicest ones for someone who wants to live in a nice area at an affordable price. It also has the benefit of being within 10 minutes of everything like the Avenues mall and major grocery stores. Overall, a safe community with quiet neighbors and polite staff.

Mission Bay is such an upscale place for reasonable prices!! The people that work here are kind and generous! Every month they give away $100 to a resident simply for liking the Facebook page! It's safe, clean, and affordable! I love here with my family. My son is a year old and I am never concerned for him. Everyone that lives here is kind and I couldn't be happier!!!
