March 29, 2024DO NOT LIVE HERE If you like having running water, a management team that doesn't respond to your calls or messages, pipes that burst and leak sewage in your house, being forced to vacate for 3 days and then being told last minute it would be over a week after you already left, a parking lot which has news articles written about the copious amount of break ins, or losing thousands in move out fees and deposits then this is the place for you! Living Here was a Nightmare!!
September 8, 2022Poor response from leasing office. Everything in the apartment is barely working. It took them 10 months to replace a faulty cooking induction stove. Poor landscaping. No clealiness. Terrible place. Stay away.
December 14, 2021First off the security is a joke. They don’t respond to anything. We had neighbors blasting Christmas music and karaoke until midnight last night. They never responded. Never see them around patrolling. Only two of the 5 gates currently work. So much for a gated complex. Plumbing Issues (Only once in a month)
September 5, 2020Plumbing service is really nice. As plumbing issue is very frequent, there response time to fix it is also good. Unfortunately, today there were not able to fix the plumbing issue and our Tub is full of dirty and stinky water. We may need to wait for tomorrow morning as per emergency guy to get it fixed. The buildings leak! Management least bothered
March 6, 2020Persistent leaks in all buildings! Management doesn't communicate with residents - often water is shut off with barely any notice, fire alarms are constantly blaring. Exorbitant rent increases. I am a current resident and every issue has been a nightmare!!Review from Apartments.com

Horrible experience
November 12, 2017it was dirty through out the premises(shown in the picture). AC made unbearable noise, heater didnt work properly - very cold in winter, worn out dryer, raised complaints but they didn't take it seriously. Abandoned pool area shower room, dirty toilets, forever broken door lock that needs a broken chair to prop close I will not recommend this run down place to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
Beware of new management
October 22, 2017This place used to be decent place few years back. Last year they had complete change in management. I have never seen such rude, incompetent and inefficient team of people in my life anywhere. From outside this place gives a feel of a good place to live but once you move in, you are completely on your own. Thinking about purchasing video security system (I don't know if will be a waste of $, because even do, there is not much they will be able to do) or use SimpliSafe Home security. September 6, 2016I don't like mission peaks . And here they act smart while they receive us they behave good after we enter and any thing happened they behave like .... No words to say .... The person named lisa in leasing office she behave with me very rudely and not at all helpful and talkative here they won't understand the others situations and problems. Even a person do mistake we do excuse for the mistake and we try to help them but here not at all . They are helpless.This is the first time I have seen ...here and this kind of behavior.
