Worse place to live at
May 6, 2021I lived here for 4yrs. Within those 4yrs I had my wheels and my motorcycle stolen 3 times even with a closed gate and key fobs and they didn’t compensate. Also I’ve seen the FBI arrest someone in this complex. Rude management, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!Property Manager Responded

The Worst Place to live
December 14, 2019once it may have been nice. the 3.5 years I have lived here the level of management and overall clean of this place as dropped like a rock in a pool. Pot smell everywhere, trash everywhere, nobody respects the rules and management doesnt enforce the rules. def. not worth the money it cost to live here. just done do it. it's a dog and pony show then after you get in. the switch flips. Love this apartment complex!
June 13, 2017I have been living here for the past 3 years and I am sad to be leaving my apartment. I am relocating to the Houston, TX area and have to say I have been really spoiled living here. I am in the Guilford floor plan and I absolutely love it! There is so much space and one of the best features of the apartments is that they are so many outlets, so you have a lot of flexibility with rearranging furniture. The closets are truly walk in and I love that we have covered parking and each apt has an ...assigned space. The clubhouse amenities are awesome as well. You will love living here. There are also several shopping areas, parks within a 10 mile radius. Maintenance requests are answered timely and I haven't had very many issues in the time I have been living here. Reasonably priced!
October 9, 2015They offer huge floor plans that are worth the price. In addition, once you're in your home you can't hear your neighbors unless they're stomping. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, but some residents have a problem with picking up after their pets!!!Review from Apartments.com
