I have lived here for a few years. I have windows galore which kind of spoiled me. I have so much light. There is even a window in the kitchen. I do have a balcony but it is not the focus. You have to walk inside the apartment before you see it. It is an open kitchen living and dining room concept. You have an island that can be used as a dining table. The kitchen cabinets is dark. unit. There are outlets galore. Although the bathrooms have one outlet. Bathrooms are huge. Counter space is not bad. Bedrooms are a bit smaller. Walk in closet is not true walk in. It would have been better if they had bifold doors for the 'walk in' closet instead of regular doors. Depending where your apartment is located you should get a cart to carry groceries. There is on one elevator in each buildings. Elevator may be a long walk for you. It would be helpful to see the location of the apartment before moving in so you can plan how to move in instead of being in mass confusion of finding the apartment and tired. Moving is stressful. There is assigned parking. You may or not be assigned parking on your floor. Again, depending on you apartment location you may have a long walk to the parking garage. There is only one way for visitors to enter. You rarely see your neighbors. There is an Amazon locker so it is really rare for your package to disappear. There is trash valet and trash can is provided. Trash must be place by your door by 6 pm Sunday thru Thursday. If it is a holiday there is no trash pick up. Please do not leave your trash out because the hallway will stink . The hallway is well lit. You do not feel like you are walking in a tunnel. The hallway is wide. People do come to clean. When I first came it was on Wednesday like clockwork. Then it seem to stop but it has continued again. It seems like they need to come to the apartment to much for me, to change filter, to check alarms, for "preventative' maintenance, for HUD visit. To change the air filter I am okay with but HUD no.

Worse place to live at

I lived here for 4yrs. Within those 4yrs I had my wheels and my motorcycle stolen 3 times even with a closed gate and key fobs and they didn’t compensate. Also I’ve seen the FBI arrest someone in this complex. Rude management, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

The Worst Place to live

once it may have been nice. the 3.5 years I have lived here the level of management and overall clean of this place as dropped like a rock in a pool. Pot smell everywhere, trash everywhere, nobody respects the rules and management doesnt enforce the rules. def. not worth the money it cost to live here. just done do it. it's a dog and pony show then after you get in. the switch flips. I have watched it first hand.

I have been living here for the past 3 years and I am sad to be leaving my apartment. I am relocating to the Houston, TX area and have to say I have been really spoiled living here. I am in the Guilford floor plan and I absolutely love it! There is so much space and one of the best features of the apartments is that they are so many outlets, so you have a lot of flexibility with rearranging furniture. assigned space. The clubhouse amenities are awesome as well. You will love living here. There are also several shopping areas, parks within a 10 mile radius. They offer huge floor plans that are worth the price. In addition, once you're in your home you can't hear your neighbors unless they're stomping. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, but some residents have a problem with picking up after their pets!!!

I love mission place apartment b'cos their apartments are spacious net and they ve very good costumer service, if u ve a problem or something is not working in ur apartment and call them they will get it fix the same day not like other apartments where I use to live before I move to this place.
