Shake, Rattle & Roll for too much $

The building is literally only about a hundred feet from the train track. If you don't mind the building shaking and the extremely noisy train disturbing your routine multiple times per day and night, then this place is for you. If you don't mind a humongous energy bill during summer for having to run the wall AC unit all day to cool only the living area (does not reach bedrooms) because of the ancient, non-energy efficient windows letting out all the cool air, then this place is for you. The ...
swimming pool is really only usable a couple of months a year. During winter, also because of the windows situation, one must purchase and run individual space heaters in every room to heat the place. The units are not equipped with a wall heater. There appears to be some sort of non-functioning wall knob heating system in the walls. Let me add the fact the stove/range is electric, so that adds to your bill. Every unit comes with only one assigned parking spot in the lot. If you need a an additional spot, it'll cost you a whoppin' $35/month. The complex sits at the intersection of two very congested streets where reckless drivers zoom by at high speeds to not miss the light. If you don't mind risking your life to cross the street every day, then this place is for you. Overall very noisy living.
