Filthy at move in
June 14, 2021Today when I arrived at the apartment I came in to an absolute filthy Dead in living bug infested apartment. First off the dishwasher had standing water and chunks of unknown something sitting in the bottom of it. The air filter for the air conditioning system was so dirty and had so much dirt in it that when I opened the intake cover the filter fell out and a cloud of dust and whatever went everywhere. It was definitely false advertising if you use pictures on the website to get an idea of what ...your apartment will look like. There’s no microwave no stainless steel in the kitchen, if you think you’re gonna have counterspace think again after you have to go out and buy a microwave. They were dead bugs everywhere and turns out they’re living bugs everywhere. There’s water damage in kitchen drawers there are dead bugs in kitchen drawers and chunks of unknown substances inside the kitchen drawers from the last tenant. All in all I wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy. I’m glad that all of my household goods are at least a week behind me before they’re going to get here, seriously reconsidering and thinking about moving somewhere else even though this is a new lease.Property Manager Responded

Good unit, TERRIBLE management
August 2, 2020I have lived here 3 years and I am counting down the minutes till I move. When Highmark/Milestone took over about 2 years ago this place went to hell. They have poor communication and no empathy on issues regarding your home. The community director is the worst but the others in the front are pretty awesome. Sucks they have terrible leadership. The apartments themselves are a little older but have few issues. It is a great area, with great an amazing school and phenomenal neighbors. New management
September 1, 2018New management has come in and are making a lot of changes. Some good, some bad. For example: they’re doing exterior work on the apartments which is fine except they start working right outside your window at 7am on a Saturday Morning! I rarely get Saturday’s off. Don't Come Here
April 6, 2018Few month ago we moved to Mission Rockwall. Before moving to our apartment, I called and spoke to the management regarding cleaning up and possible damages. The management promised to fix everything. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Mission Rockwall at the first day of moving. The bath was too dirty and we saw many damages on walls and doors. I called and sent emails to the management and ask to send somebody for cleaning; she said we send tomorrow for sure! but she never send anyone. ...The apartments are old but the most problem with Mission Rockwall is the poor management. January 17, 2018Do not find trash valet necessary. I was charged $25 a month for it and the city also charges a trash admin fee plus sewer fees. Loved living at mission Rockwall
November 18, 2017I lived at my Mission Rockwall apartment for a year and my experience was very pleasant. The community is quiet and there are so many things around. It is close to the harbor!! Staff at the office was very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were completed the same day!!
