Full of lies
September 26, 2025To start off, they are false advertising so massively and getting away with it, that it's ridiculous. Everything in the description is a lie. Appliances are all mix matched and older than old. Say it's supposed to have all black appliances. Asked a cop about the place and he said to run away. Lights are rigged on extension cords running down the walls. Light fixtures missing altogether. No way to lock the back door. They will try to terminate the lease if they are called out on their lies and ...poor quality of living. Luxury is what is says but all that has been completely lost somewhere on the way. Worst Apartment Ever
June 6, 2025Since I moved in end of '24, I've had more than 10 water shut offs, often without warning. My AC has had issues multiple times. First time it took months to fix. Now, I've reported another issue as of 5/21, it's 84 degrees in my unit by the end of the day and they say they can't fix my unit until 6/14. Mold and water damage on my outside patio area. Starting to get roaches. The facility washer and dryer areas are FILTHY, sometimes the machines don't dry or drain completely and you have ...to spend more money to get your laundry done. Stray cats everywhere here and the dumpsters on property often have large items scattered all around them. Very filthy property. Mold and roaches!!!!
June 19, 2024DO NOT LIVE HERE. There’s so many issues with the apartments from no hot water, mold, and roaches it’s terrible. It doesn’t matter how many maintenance request are made they won’t come to fix it. AND ITS NOT SAFE FOR KIDS. There’s so many drug deals that go on in the parking lot, I’ve even seen used needles on the ground and nobody does anything about it.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced and run down
January 18, 2024Been living here for 6 months and when I moved in, squatters left things here, I had no AC for 3 months and they didn't bother to fix it or give me a window AC, I have been having a roach problem since I moved in that they refuse to address. Someone was shot right outside my patio, they still haven't fixed the burned down building next to the children's play area. March 13, 2023let’s start off by saying the lady’s are rude, we hadn’t even moved in yet and the apartment was infested with roaches. they were coming out from under the carpet, out of the fireplace, in the refrigerator, JUST EVERYWHERE. they said they fixed everything and cleaned but they really just painted over everything, including the roaches. and their appliances are older than the alamo. false advertisement. do not waste your time, money or energy here.Property Manager Responded

January 9, 2023They got us to move in on a “special”, we were living here a week before the 1st and had to pay full months rent. We had one burner on the stove, it took them a month to bring the rest. No hot water since moving in, ants and roach infestation. Just horrible living conditions!!! Not to mention they KNOW they have MOLD growing within the walls and don’t do a single thing to get rid of it!!Property Manager Responded

Rain flooding
August 1, 2022Don’t move here. I had one bedroom that would flood in front of front door and must of time lead into my living room. Never fixed. I asked to move to other 1 bedroom and no. No Basic Needs Are Met
June 16, 2022I’m gonna be fully honest here, I had a lot of hope and patience living here. This is the first time I’ve had to live alone in an apartment and I gotta say: I might’ve made the biggest mistake ever in signing a lease to this complex. First off, every day is a struggle, dealing with no hot water, constant bugs inside the apartment, trash everywhere outside and overall just hearing “we’ll get someone on that!” with no communication and no one actually stopping by to check on maintenance issues. I ...haven’t even lived here for a month and I’ve had bug infestations, no hot water, a patio with a broken door and no gate, curtains that don’t even work, a lack of security living here and work orders that never seem to get processed even though I am constantly told someone will come by. Even when they do, it’s a half assed job tied with a “I’ll come back later I need to get some tools” and then never showing up again. Sometimes I think that maybe I’m being too pessimistic, but it’s difficult not to be when every day you feel like “coming home” is not a comfortable thing to do. I keep being told things will get fixed but it just gets brushed to the side. I understand apartment complexes are busy but if me, as a newer resident, can’t even feel at home how can anyone else? I put up with it because I signed a lease, but every day I search and search online to figure out how to get out quicker. Do you like not having prostitutes and drug dealers coming up to you ...and offering you their services? Do you like a actual working laundry facility on site? Do you like a management team that actually answers their phone and follows up on your concerns? Do you like a emergency maintenance service that actually answers after business hours? April 19, 2022We have issues with plumbing practically every week. Right now we don't have water! The water pressure is so low it a trickle. It's been lime that for over a week. Easter we had no water! Thanksgiving, no water. The bill on the water has gone up which is hilarious because we hardly get any. We've had a couple of faucet leaks for over a year that have gotten worse and those work orders are ignored. They cut our carpet because of a ac leak they took 5 months to fix and never replaced it.
