Set high above the Mississippi River...A great and convenient location! Mississippi View Apartments is located off Benton Drive in Sauk Rapids. Extremely easy access to Highway 15 and Highway 10. This is a place for you to enjoy or relax after a long day by the outdoor pool or indoor sauna. Our floor plans offer spacious rooms with walk-in closets and two bath options. Mississippi View Apartments are near SCTCC, St. Cloud Hospital, parks, walking trails and shopping. Utilities included in the rent are Heat, Water, Sewer and Refuse. Residents pay for electricity and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months’ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in Pricing and availability are subject to change. I lived here a while it went down hill very quickly. There were roaches they didn’t do a thing about it, management very rude to residents. Maintenance takes a long time to fix things. There is limited hot water had to take many cold showers. The pool is closed often when it is open it’s freezing cold, the alleged workout room has some bum bells and two ellipticals. During the winter they hardly plow when they do it’s is poorly done the side walks are very slippery now ice salty on them. I wanted ...

Great landlord, great caretakers! It allows large dogs and cats which is hard to find in this area. It has an outdoor pool, and an indoor sauna. I love it! It's so quiet.
