    The property manager Michael has been an extremely wonderful person to deal with. I've lived in this complex for 14 years this year and he has been an amazing breath of fresh air. Always very polite and attentive. I had problems for years with my first apartment I rented here and he offered to move me into a far newer renovated unit without increasing my rent. I've lived through many terrible property managers and horrible maintenance staff at this complex over the years but recently I've seen ...

    The apartments are very spacious and the prices are reasonable the property manager Mike is great he is very professional he's the best property manager, and last but not least it's plenty to do in the area. Plenty of bus stops in the area if u need transportation. Highly recommend

    I have been here over 2 years.. The staff and manager are great... They will tend to your needs and are very understanding. Best of all everything is close by from clothing stores to grocery stores all within walking distance. But most importantly it's a very quiet community I have not had any complaints..

    I can recommend it, since when I moved, I had no problem. The apartment is completely renovated to the point that I was not very convinced with the refrigerator and they changed it for a completely new one in less than an hour. So far, I can only say that it is a very nice place to live

The application was FREE, the move-in was well communicated and smooth, payment available online, beautiful landscape. This complex dips down out of traffic and street view covered in lakes and trees, making for a serene homecoming & going.     They have a serious problem with cockroaches, every time you go to the office the new manager is in meetings or conference calls, even she closes the curtain in your face, you leave messages with her assistant and never return the call. The administration service is terrible. Hot water fails weekly. My contract ends soon and I don't see the time that day arrives.

    When I moved in to this Apt 3years ago, everything was good. Now there have been 4 Property managers within the 3 yrs I've been here. Now since new management took over, everything is going downhill. Maintenance don't want to fix anything, management is rarely in the office and they close the office for lengthy periods of time (days) without letting tenants know. They don't do anything about neighbors disturbing you with constant pounding noises, loud music, banging noices, etc. Security don't ...
