Maintenance man come fast and fix things good . Front desk ladies are sweet . The environment is quiet but can be a little noisy late at night somedays . They also have ROACHES!

Maintenance Team Sucks!

These apartments are good until you have a maintenance issue. We have had our shower break 4 times now and the maintenance team can’t seem to fix it. This is getting ridiculous! The bathroom fills with steam and the shower water is scalding hot and cannot be turned off. This is a safety hazard and the fact that Misty Ridge is not more concerned is a major red flag.

I’ve been staying in Misty Ridge Apartments for almost 2 years now and this is my first time staying on my own. They have the nicest staff and any problem you have, they’re quick to come fix it. The apartments are very nice inside and out. The people that stay here are very nice and welcoming it’s Just overall nice! Great place to make a home!

okay hi my name is amber I think this is an amazing place to start off with an apartment im getting ready to go to college and I found the price to be very reasonable I think this will be a great amazing start for me im just waiting to get enough money to move in and pay all my fees this seems to be a great living space for me
