October 24, 2022Maintenance man come fast and fix things good . Front desk ladies are sweet . The environment is quiet but can be a little noisy late at night somedays . They also have ROACHES!Property Manager Responded

Maintenance Team Sucks!
April 6, 2022These apartments are good until you have a maintenance issue. We have had our shower break 4 times now and the maintenance team can’t seem to fix it. This is getting ridiculous! The bathroom fills with steam and the shower water is scalding hot and cannot be turned off. This is a safety hazard and the fact that Misty Ridge is not more concerned is a major red flag.Property Manager Responded

They have the nicest staff and any problem you have, they’re quick to come fix it. The apartments are very nice inside and out.
