February 9, 2025Property personnel is very responsive to concerns. Maintenance personnel is here same day or next day, if request is submitted late day. It's quiet and comfortable. Wonderful use of space in the renovations from a few years ago. I love the storage, use of space, and how quiet our upstairs neighbors are. January 30, 2025Great apartment, quiet neighbors and neighborhood. My only concern is regarding the trash, there's a dumpster for trash but it's been full for a week now and the dumpster is the only trash place so it's a distance from the apartment. Since I'm trying to get my cardio on I don't mind the walking but other then that, I love where I am and the staff is super great they treat you like family, I can see I'll be here for awhile.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2025My electric and gas bills tripled! The apt is so old and not insulated well if at all and when the really cold weather truly hits, the HVAC heat never goes off! The floor in the living room, kitchen and bathroom is like walking on ice, I swear I can ice skate on the linoleum! All I can say is, I might have a roof over my head but I got ice for a floor! The bathroom does not have a vent to the HVAC heat so when I go in there, I can see my breath and the toilet water had formed ice crystals! I had ...to end up putting a portable heater in there that runs constantly if you want to pee without getting frostbite on your - you know what! Renter beware, anywhere else but here!
