    If you read this review and still choose to live here you have been warned. I have emailed mizner park management every week for 6 months about animal urine in the apartment building (YES on the floors where residence live). Management refuses to do anything about it. When we moved in our oven was broken, the light in the kitchen fell from the ceiling, there was mold up and down the outside doors. Whatever you do do not live here. You will regret it.

    The location is the best part of this apartment. It’s convenient and has everything from shopping to food. Our apartment is also nice as it has many new upgrades and appliances. If the staff and maintenance were nicer and gave more attention to their tenants, I would’ve given a higher rating.

    I absolutely love my apartment! The location is unbeatable – within walking distance to fantastic shops, restaurants, and hotels. It's a dream for anyone who enjoys city life. The added bonus of being dog-friendly makes it even better; my furry friend and I couldn't be happier here.

    You can not beat the location, everyone comes to our neighborhood and all we have to do is take an elevator. The apartments are a nice size and everyone here is very nice. Love it here.

    Great community to live in, if you are interested in living in a prime downtown neighborhood of Boca. It is a bit on the expensive side compared to some of the other neighborhoods, but you are paying for the area, walking to distance to ocean, stores, places to eat and shop. staff are good for the most part but maintance concerns can take a little bit of time to be addressed.

    Based on the rent we pay the building upkeep is mediocre at best. Ie; park benches are poorly taken care of. Rusted and need refinished. Dog pee is terrible. Pee in elevators and on elevator doors. Dog poop not being picked up. Handicap parking is terrible. Not enough provided spaces.

    The location is nice. However, the interior common areas are always dirty. They never vacuum the hallways, only sweep the carpeting with a broom. A rubber toy has been hanging from the light fixture for 4 months in the main foyer.

    My A/C died a second time and was replaced within a day or two. I wasn’t hassled with additional service requests. They just replaced it. That’s excellent service. That’s why love living here. You call with a problem and it’s solved.
