The negetive reviews are ridiculous. You can look up any
utopia apartment complex & there will always be someone on there complaining like its the worst. Smh. Ima give yall a REAL review. Im a single mom who moved here on my own when i was 28. some time now- things feel way more genuine & you really feel that southern hospitality type vibe. If i run into them outside they're always shouting "hey brianna!" With a smile on their face. Its a good feeling not being
just another random face to a management team. And for people saying repairs dont get done arent being 100%
truthful. If you put in a work order the proper way-they get the job done asap. Every single time i called and put in a work order, they were here efficiently & fixing my issue effectively. I mean look how many units are here, yall think they got round the clock maintenance men for each individual hit? Of course not! Give the few men that they do have some time, dang! Ever since the pandemic hit I've had several instances with financial struggles. The way this management team has gone to bat for me to the big dogs & how much they have done what they could to help me stay in my home cant be put into words. Man my old apartment complex would say "oh ur struggling? That sucks, cya!" Here they understand ur struggle & try to help you.
One final thing-im from California so I'm not use to bugs, so i was scared for the day id see a roach. I put this on everything-i have never seen a roach in my apartment not one time! Ever! Now that says alot about the place! period!
