Find Somewhere Else!
December 26, 2023Do not rent from this place! I was so excited to start living here because everything seems fine on the outside. I've had nothing but problems since being here. I cannot sleep, either. The gym is on the 2nd floor and I live on the 3rd. Every time people drop their weights, you hear a large thud because of how thin everything is. I've tried to get in contact with management on 3 separate occasions and have gone ignored. The elevators are never working and are constantly out of order all the time. ...They have an entire room filled with lockers for packages that never gets used. You're forced to wait on the receptionist (to be fair, are lovely people). People walk and slam doors here on the inside at all hours of the night. Think of it like you're in college in a dorm setting as everything is enclosed.Property Manager Responded

Overpriced, overhyped and dirty
September 14, 2023Many of the benefits they boast about are fictitious. Several of the "security gates" do not work and are not secured, ever. About 25% of the safety lighting is either not working or was never completed. Poles with no lights. Large sections of the walkway around the property are completely unlit at night. The gates that are supposed to be closed at 9PM each night are mostly left open, and when they are closed they are not secure. The hallways are FILTHY which gets tracked into the apt. When it ...rains, large pools of water find the low spots in the hallways and you walk through water that they rarely clean up. People from the other apt buildings walk their dogs and use the pools, so the pools are packed on the weekends and the people generally have zero respect for anyone else by playing music loudly. And the amount of dog poop that people do not pick up is ridiculous! Walk in the grass at your own risk. Poop everywhere...even on the walkway! People don't even pick up poop on the main walkway. Broken elevators, fire alarms at all hours, parking issues, broken pool furniture, stairwells that have never been cleaned, I could go on, but you get the idea. I think the best word to describe this overall complex is "minimal". They do the absolute minimal required upkeep and effort for the entire complex. This place is a dump
October 31, 2022This place has so many problems. I wish I could add the photos of all the problems. The garage gate has not worked for months. Peoples vehicles have been broken into on numerous occasions. There is a constant problem with roaches, especially if you live within a 5-10 doors of the trash chutes. Access to the property is not secure. The elevators are breaking constantly and the building gives no notice of broken or reserved elevators. Dog pee in the hallways and elevators often. FOBs stop working ...for no reason which leads to not being to access your unit (unit doors work on fobs). Add at least $200 to any rent quote you get for all the petty fees. The floors always look dirty, even after being recently “cleaned”. Residents without a/c for over a week. They are renovating vacated apartments and do construction on the weekend. Free guest parking is now paid guest parking. They perform random unit inspections for no valid reason. Fire alarms go off way too frequently and take too long to turn off. Most of the time it is from an oversized vehicle entering the garage and hitting a sprinkler line (at least 4 times this year alone). Too dumb to add preventative measures.
