Pool area People needs to know when to go to the pool and when the pool is closed. And keep music down NOT loud where you can't hear ur own thought or trying to watch your television show. Other then that I love everything. Good job ??. Thank you

Which one? I submitted three tickets. The tickets were closed quickly, and that's where things begin to head downhill. They called the cops on the crackheads the next day, but they are usually gone during the day. The locks seem to be slightly repaired, but the gate latch is still a standard interior door handle (no lock). the dog mess containers were handled exactly like they have done in the past, remove a few bags off the top and leave the rest to rot.

Long time resident Overall I am satisfied with Modena however some things can be frustrating. One is that when you call they never answer and then if you do get someone on the phone, they say they will call back but rarely do. Also the gates never close. I also noticed that recently they haven’t been hosting the community events much. Pricing is good compared to how expensive everything has gotten lately.

Office I enjoy living in the community for most part quiet but I have seen some crime stealing bikes or peoples property. I also don’t appreciate being fined for my alarm going off. I have to have alarm on due to the theft etc it was unfair to charge me for that. Other than that keep up the great work!

Nice, but not for long The place is a great location, and is pretty nice. However, they need to spend more on maintenance, because they are achieving slightly less than breaking even, causing a net decline ever since the Knightvest takeover.

Great Place I have been here for two years. I never had an issue. This is the first complex where I’ve stayed at where they actually do things monthly for the community and that I love. It’s right by the freeway and very close to the airport.

Amazing front desk & Management Team I’ve lived here for 3 years and have been very happy with my experience. The front desk & management team is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, communication is great, and the property is well-maintained. It’s hard to find a team that genuinely cares about its residents, and they do an excellent job. Highly recommend!

They’ll will take long time to fix any needs if they ever, gates to exit always constantly brake down and stay closed so your unable to exit and everyone has to go out one gate and piles traffic.

I’ve been a tenant for three months in a BRAND NEWLY MODELLED apartment. From day one the toilet broke, wouldn’t flush and shot water everywhere when you lifted the lid I had to disconnect it for 4 days before someone came to look at it. the dishwasher flooded the kitchen, the sink leak also, vent in the kitchen ceiling leaked. All were “fixed” Not! The cheap plastic paint is falling off, bu bling with all the water beneath it, the mold that’s there, ew. The bathtub/shower has same plastic paint ...
keeps chipping away and is now all rusty. Blinds have been broken since day one, fall out I had to buy curtains so I wasn’t living in a fishbowl. Patio screen broken and never fixed. The doorway to get in floods when it rains and the patio, so badly that the same plastic paint used just sloughs off making a mess and you are left with old broken concrete. Getting a hold of someone is impossible. Looked nice until you realize they put lipstick on a huge pig piece of garbage. I’d attach pictures if I could. For the rent they ask, it’s a joke. Don’t rent here.
