February 23, 2026I do enjoy living at Modera 55, but there is a big issue with other residents leaving trash in the hallways over the weekend and continuing to pile up the trash until it’s picked up on Sunday. Also, residents do not put their trash down the trash shoots. Residents leave their trash in the shoot room and it piles up to where the door cannot be open or get to the shoot. There is not a lot of parking for everyone in 55. I’m not sure if people are parking without a pass or what not. But there is not ...enough spaces.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2025So far my experience As a resident living here ant Modera 55 has been extremely convenient and reliable. My family and I moved in here before they were finished building department and we just fell in love with all the new appliances And we just can’t stop running away. Anywhere location is perfect. Staff is amazing. Maintenance is on point. Communication is great. Most importantly, it’s clean, pet, friendly and very accommodating . We have no plans to Leave and live somewhere else anytime soon. ...Been almost over seven years now straight have been incredible and super convenient. The building gets only friendlier cleaner and more pets come in. Staff has always been consistent and successful and everyone is pretty very friendly.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2025The complex is great and has amazing amenities. Unfortunately I have emailed the management office many times about my neighbors on my floor leaving their trash out in the hall all weekend and in the trash shoot room. September 5, 2025Greatest place. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far. The manager has been the best. He went out of his way to make accommodations for me to park my U-Haul in the street overnight before I moved in. Feels like home already.Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2025Generally a decent place to live. I wish I was compensated for my structurally unsound balcony. Would be nice to have a key system that works consistently. Some doors I have to use my phone, some my fob, and lately some doors don’t work at all.Review from Apartments.com

June 2, 2025After 1 year here, I still enjoy my experience. I like how convenient it is as far as mailing, garbage, gym. The neighbors are friendly, staff is helpful. The price is reasonable given the location and amenities. The parking lot can get packed tho.Property Manager Responded
