    Very walkable town; staff is amicable; residents are nice and welcoming. The amenities like the office spaces, barbecue/pool area, rooftop lounge, and fitness center are all functional and maintained.

    After 1 year here, I still enjoy my experience. I like how convenient it is as far as mailing, garbage, gym. The neighbors are friendly, staff is helpful. The price is reasonable given the location and amenities. The parking lot can get packed tho.

    100% recommend, nice and quite, all other residents are super nice aswell, and maintenance is always super quick about fixing things. Also all the amenities most the units have is what make this place a plus.

    I have lived at the Modera 44/55 Apartments for over 5 years now. Hands down the best place to live in Morristown, NJ. The management and maintenance team take great strides in making sure residents are happy with living here. The amenities are great, the apartments are lovely and the short walk to the Green and the center of town is lovely.

    I have been living at Modera 55 since 2020 and have had an overall good experience. I’ve lived in both a one bedroom and now a one bedroom den. The apartments are pretty spacious for the area. The price is high, but it seems to be the going rate for the prime location. We had issues with noise upstairs over the last year, but the new manager was responsive and put in a lot of effort to help us stay comfortable in our home. We ultimately decided to renew for at least another year since the ...
    location is unbeatable and the apartments are well kept. If moving in, I would recommend trying to avoid an apartment overlooking the park as the noise and smells make it challenging to open windows/use the balcony but there’s not much the property can do about this. The maintenance staff is great - super responsive and gets the job done in a timely manner.

    In the beginning it was a little rough to say the least. After learning that you provide a survey after maintenance request to let you guys know if the work was done to a good standard living here became more comfortable for me. Also Nick was very helpful with addressing the concerns I had.

    My family and my wife we love living here. It’s been a long time now since the building first open and we have no intention of moving now locations convenient. People are friendly and very dog. Friendly lobby is always clean. It’s very good.
