December 14, 2025Touring Modera was one of the best last-minute decisions we could've made. From the moment we stepped into the office to signing our lease, the leasing team has been attentive to our questions and needs. The building being new and the rent special was a plus too. November 23, 2025I love the amenities and people working at the reception. The lobby smells amazing. However, there are only 4 elevators for the entire building. I wish they had more elevators. The closest elevator to my house is at the other end of the building.Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2025I'm really enjoying my first week here at Modera! Shoutout to Cally & Milly for being super helpful ?? However, I do wonder if there's a more efficient way to haul belongings from car to apartment. Also, the parking garage is pretty tedious going up and down.
