May 29, 2025Living at Modera Germantown has been such a great experience. From day one, it felt like home—modern finishes, tall ceilings, and tons of natural light make the space so inviting. The location is hard to beat. I love being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. Germantown has such a warm, community feel, and Modera is right in the middle of it. I use the gym often, and the pool is a great place to relax. Maintenance has been responsive, and overall the building is really well ...kept. My only complaint is that the office staff can be hard to communicate with at times. All in all, I’d definitely recommend Modera to anyone looking for a stylish, well-located home in Nashville!Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025Overall a good place to live. Main complaints were the construction/road for entry. Guest parking was great before adding the paid service. February 23, 2025Modera really saved us. When a water main burst at our previous apartment and our lease was terminated, we were given 5 days to be completely moved out. Mike in the leasing office and Will on the maintenance team made the seemingly impossible, possible by providing such a quick turnaround from us signing our lease on a Thursday and moving in the next day. We love our new place and all of the amenities here. Everything here is so well thought out and organized. Our dogs really enjoy the dog park ...and walking around the neighborhood. From the beautiful rooftop to the gym, sauna, pool, and office area the amenities truly set this community apart from everywhere else we've toured. Everyone has been so welcoming here. I had become accustomed to the sound of silence when passing someone in the hallway of my previous community, but everyone here has been so friendly and full of life.Property Manager Responded
