May 29, 2025Kandi and Bill are incredible. They made our move from a 3-bed to a 2-bed super easy and we are thrilled with how well they treat us and CARE about us. The pool is our favorite amenity but the basketball gym and the workout gym are great too. Maintenance is also quick and efficient. They've fixed a few issues for us over the last year (these apartments are new builds) and we couldn't be more thankful for their fast service. April 22, 2025Just moved in but love it here so far.Kandi was awesome and helped us tremendously with getting lease signed asap because we were in tight time situation. March 31, 2025Apartments look nice, but cheaply made. Cold air will come through the wall and around the door making the in unit heater inefficient. Vehicle charging used to be free, now it’s an additional fee on top of our personal electric bill and community electric fee.
