We have mostly enjoyed living here. There have been a few issues but for the most part they have been handled. The grills are very dirty and the other residents who use them don’t clean up after themself. So much so that we do not use them anymore so it’s unfortunate as it was an amenity we wanted. Another thing is the fees I have never had an apartment charge so many little fees such as pest fee, patrol fee, an even charges residents for the electricity in the clubhouse that we never use. We have for the most part enjoyed our time at Modera. Lately however the parking has been a struggle. There are always trucks parked in the compact spots which makes it nearly impossible to get in my vehicle when they park next to me as they are too big to fit in the spots. I have also noticed more door dings in my vehicle since the trucks have been parking in the compact spots. In addition it takes up the spots so we have to park very far away from our unit. A few times we have even had to park ...
