    It was an easy process to apply and get into a home! Staff was super helpful and the place is amazing! The amenities are a great bonus and they’re always clean. Overall, this has got to be one of the best apartments someone could call home.

    Great place to live. Lots of amenities. Friendly staff. Very dog friendly. The stuff that bugs me is mostly other tenants. Parking HUGE trucks in compact spaces. Not even compact spaces sometimes. It’s hard to park next to a giant truck next to my spot. Parking so far into spots that bumper or hitch hangs over the sidewalk. Not picking up dog poop. I also hate that I can’t call the office and speak to a person.

    We haven’t moved in yet, but the leasing office experience we had for the tour, information, and just general sense of the area was spectacular! Kandi was amazing and definitely played a part in selling the property to us to decide we didn’t need to see anywhere else and go for it! Can’t wait for August when we can move in!

    Kandi and Bill are incredible. They made our move from a 3-bed to a 2-bed super easy and we are thrilled with how well they treat us and CARE about us. The pool is our favorite amenity but the basketball gym and the workout gym are great too. Maintenance is also quick and efficient. They've fixed a few issues for us over the last year (these apartments are new builds) and we couldn't be more thankful for their fast service. I would highly recommend Modera!

    Just moved in but love it here so far.Kandi was awesome and helped us tremendously with getting lease signed asap because we were in tight time situation. We Love the amenities offered here. Those were what really convinced us this was place for us. Only negative would be we wish that the pool would open little sooner in May.

    My apartment has a ton of drafts. Parking kinda sucks. Overhead microwave/stove hood fan doesn't work very well. Valet trash is inconsistent. Other than that we love it here
