January 2, 2026We have for the most part enjoyed our time at Modera. Lately however the parking has been a struggle. There are always trucks parked in the compact spots which makes it nearly impossible to get in my vehicle when they park next to me as they are too big to fit in the spots. I have also noticed more door dings in my vehicle since the trucks have been parking in the compact spots. In addition it takes up the spots so we have to park very far away from our unit. A few times we have even had to park ...across the property as it was the only spot open. This has not always been an issues probably only the last 4 months or so!Property Manager Responded

December 20, 2025I truly enjoy living at Modera at Lacey with my family. From the moment we moved in, we felt welcomed and supported by a friendly, professional team that genuinely cares about residents. Any time I have a question or maintenance request, it is handled quickly and with a positive attitude, which makes a big difference in day to day living. The community itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I appreciate how well maintained the grounds and shared spaces are, and it always feels ...inviting and comfortable for my family. Our apartment is modern, quiet, and functional, and it truly feels like home. I love having updated appliances, plenty of natural light, and a layout that works well for our everyday life. October 5, 2025I like the community as a whole, i wish some of the residents with their guest were respectful every time they use the amenities and parked in their paid spot or to uncovered ones. Some also drives without caution like they driving more than the expected speed limit. I hope the management can do something to limit/prevent this unpleasant events.Property Manager Responded
