Great place to live!
February 10, 2026I moved into Modera last May for two main reasons: the location and the management. It’s a quiet neighborhood while still being close to restaurants and nightlife, and the new H-E-B nearby is a great bonus. Destiny was knowledgeable, genuinely proud of the community, and took the time to make sure I felt confident in my decision. After settling in, I can honestly say it was the right move.
