    Smooth so far in getting onboarded. My lease will begin next month but the team has been very helpful so far in getting everything set up (lease, amenities, etc.).

    The apartments are new, modern and have the latest appliances. The grounds are always clean and well - maintained and it’s convenient that there is a gym in the building along with a club room, lounge areas, conference rooms and bbq area.

    Pretty great experience so far. Love the amenities. I regularly use the gym and it is quite big and has everything you would need. I love the rooftop area as well. It’s a nice place to sit down and enjoy the weather.

    This building is so beautiful I can not believe I am living here. First off the staff is absolutely amazing and make the whole process a breeze. Caitlyn is really exceptional at making sure she responds to you and understands your needs. Move in was a breeze being that they lock out an elevator for your personal use. I would definitely give this place a 10/10
