Living here is great! The staff are helpful. Including The Manager, Amanda. Pretty and peaceful, living by the Charles river. Stores are close a plus when you walk everywhere.

My overall experience at Modera Newton has been positive. The property itself is beautiful — the apartments are modern, well-designed, and equipped with quality finishes. The amenities are impressive and well-maintained, and the location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops, trails, and major routes. The management team is generally professional and responsive. Most of my interactions have been pleasant, and maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable timeframe. There have been ...
occasional delays in communication or follow-ups, but nothing that overshadows the overall quality of the community. Like any new property, there have been a few growing pains, but management seems committed to making improvements and addressing resident feedback. I like living here. I take the buses everywhere. There is a river close by to walk. A grocery store to shop. Its quiet. I like the park next door. Also the game area where I can hang out with my family.

I’ve had a really great experience living at Modera Newton so far. The front desk staff are always super friendly and helpful, which honestly makes such a difference day-to-day. Maintenance is also quick and reliable—anytime I’ve had a request, it’s been taken care of right away. Too many things going wrong for a 3 year old building. Fire Alarm going off every month. Residents constantly smoking. Hvac not working properly. Residents making a mess in the hallways. New staff not as friendly as the previous.
