After living at Modera Newton for over a year now, I can confidently say that this is a great place to live. The location is unbeatable being so close to Watertown Square and Storrow/the Pike. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and maintenance issues get fixed promptly. There are many events for residents they put on and are constantly making improvements to amenities etc. Parking for guests is a bit tricky but besides that it's been a fantastic experience living here.

The management company is great. I love my apartment. The building is quiet and clean. Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly. Amenities like the pool, decks, in-unit laundry and more are super helpful to have access to and make living here very comfortable.

I love living here. I love the quiet. I love the buses I take to work. I love that I live so close to the a beautiful river and park. I love that the stop and shop and CVS is right across the street. I also love the nice people who keep our building clean. They are so nice. The mailman is too!
