Positives…Great location, Amanda is very responsive, layout of apt is fine. Annoying things in apartment….Big gap under door, so you can hear dogs barking, etc. refrigerator is too small….especially given there is room for a normal size one. No overhead lighting in living room/dining area. Not able to just come in the building from outside….have to go thru garage or main lobby. Packages are scattered in vestibule, table in lobby, floor by mailboxes or all over package room. It’s a mess.

There is a lot of very loud noise coming from the yard on the 2nd floor. Some of the neighbors are so disrespectful and rude to other residents as to allow their kids yell and scream there for hours. I complained to the manager, no help from her. The parking lot in the back of the building is full of old leaves and trash. I asked if it could be cleaned 2 weeks ago to no avail.

Living here is great! The staff are helpful. Including The Manager, Amanda. Pretty and peaceful, living by the Charles river. Stores are close a plus when you walk everywhere.

My overall experience at Modera Newton has been positive. The property itself is beautiful — the apartments are modern, well-designed, and equipped with quality finishes. The amenities are impressive and well-maintained, and the location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops, trails, and major routes. The management team is generally professional and responsive. Most of my interactions have been pleasant, and maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable timeframe. There have been ...
occasional delays in communication or follow-ups, but nothing that overshadows the overall quality of the community. I’ve had a really great experience living at Modera Newton so far. The front desk staff are always super friendly and helpful, which honestly makes such a difference day-to-day. Maintenance is also quick and reliable—anytime I’ve had a request, it’s been taken care of right away.
