Obviously on weekends, we live by the bars and the lively area of downtown San Jose, so if you don't enjoy the loud and lively atmosphere, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, if you enjoy or don't mind the night life, this area has everything from food to the closest shopping center on Coleman Ave.Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comModera has been a nice place to live so far. The facilities are nice and well maintained and there is more of a sense of community than other apartments I've lived in. The maintenance staff are especially great. Only downside is the noise from nearby businesses, which has been increasing over the last year.
