May 28, 2025Great place to live in heart of downtown San Jose. Near to a lot of bars and clubs so sometimes gets noisy till late night but the apartment itself is good with great rooms and appliances.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2024I had an incredible experience at Modera San Pedro Square! The move-in process was so smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the amazing team here. Special shoutout to Teodesa, Carlos, Ovi, Ezikute, Javier, and Powli for being so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Their friendly and knowledgeable support made everything so easy, from the application to getting settled in. The apartment itself is gorgeous, with modern touches like smart-home technology and spacious layouts that ...feel comfortable and luxurious. Plus, the location can’t be beat—right in the heart of downtown San Jose, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops. October 9, 2024I recently moved into Modera San Pedro, and my experience so far has been excellent. Located right on San Pedro Street, it's in the perfect spot for anyone who enjoys having quick access to the best restaurants, bars, and entertainment that downtown San Jose has to offer. The convenience of being able to step out of the building and immediately be in the middle of all the action is unbeatable. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with a stylish design that creates a great first ...impression. The amenities are fantastic as well, with a well-equipped fitness center, a beautiful rooftop lounge, and common areas that are perfect for socializing or getting some work done. My only critique would be the size of the apartments. While they are well-designed and make good use of the space, the rooms are a bit smaller than what I had hoped for. A little more space would make living here even more comfortable, especially for those who plan to stay long-term.Property Manager Responded
