October 17, 2025Continue to raise the rent year after even though inflation has decreased. No loyalty to tenants. The main reason I selected here was location. But it’s just not worth the increases.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2025Just moved into this apartment recently, and so far the experience has been great. The move-in process was smooth and straightforward — everything was ready on time and management was helpful throughout. The location is really convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and main roads, but still quiet enough to feel relaxing. Parking feels safe and well-lit, which gives some extra peace of mind. October 1, 2025Lived here for 2 years now, and I have had no complaints whatsoever! Obviously on weekends, we live by the bars and the lively area of downtown San Jose, so if you don't enjoy the loud and lively atmosphere, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, if you enjoy or don't mind the night life, this area has everything from food to the closest shopping center on Coleman Ave.Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2025Modera has been a nice place to live so far. The facilities are nice and well maintained and there is more of a sense of community than other apartments I've lived in. The maintenance staff are especially great. Only downside is the noise from nearby businesses, which has been increasing over the last year.Review from Apartments.com

May 28, 2025Great place to live in heart of downtown San Jose. Near to a lot of bars and clubs so sometimes gets noisy till late night but the apartment itself is good with great rooms and appliances.Property Manager Responded
