June 9, 2025We have resided at Modera Six Pines for 8 months now and we have enjoyed our experience. We like the amenities (we have used pool/large activity room/ business spaces). The building is generally quiet, however from time to time (mostly on weekends) we get some inconsiderate residents making noise, playing games after the 10pm quiet time begins. Front office and maintenance are extremely responsive to items posted to the resident portal and have had items repaired quickly and beautifully ...(tiles came loose in ensuite shower and was quickly and beautifully repaired). Our interactions with other residents has been positive and friendly. We have recently been able to notice on more than one occasion marijuana and cigarette fumes in the parking garage (which is not permitted).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The property is well maintained, offers great amenities and has a fantastic management staff dedicated to creating an awesome, respectful residential environment.
