I’ve noticed that the experience that the lovely ladies, Kristen, Gaby, Nyla, and Gabby have created to merge luxury living with high touch experiences - inspires me to enjoy little luxury in my everyday life.     People is always nice, both.. residents and managers. Also, the common areas are always clean and in frequent maintenance. What I am not too happy on is in the price to reserve the club room, specially if anyway people can go and be there, but I am sure they are working on that.

    The only issue I face is that the fire detector in the kitchen area is too sensitive and goes off a lot during cooking - not just for me. I hear it go off all around me

    Living here is really nice. It’s calm, and the neighbors are friendly. I also love how close it is to Life Time. My only complaint is how long it takes to fix things in the building. For example, the entrance gate has been out of service for a long time, and when it does get fixed, it only works for a couple of weeks before breaking again. Another issue was when one of the pool sticks broke—it took too long to replace it. Additionally, the coffee bin isn’t emptied regularly, which causes the ...
    machine to stop working, and the new coffee is very low quality and should be replaced. While the office staff eventually gets the work done, they are not very welcoming.

    Not very good. Truly disappointed, everything I was offered when moving in was taken away. I keep getting charged and charged. Don’t you dare have an EV car in this community. Living here has actually cost me more money than living in a real luxury community. I’m regretting having signed my lease. Nothing good to say.
