Living in Modera South Lake Union is amazing. The staff are incredible. Every maintence order I remember making on was actioned on the next day. There's been no maintence issue that wasn't resolved in two days. Apartment is super quiet and the units are amazing. Really glad I moved here.

People at the reception are very kind. One issue that we felt in the first month of moving in is that there's alot of noise of Garbage trucks early in the morning. There are also some loud vehicle horns/sirens at 2 in the morning as well - Never checked if those are garbage trucks or something else. But as I said, The team is brilliant. No issues with them whatsoever. Like the amenities, Like the cleanliness. Overall, A good experience so far.

Modera SLU seems great, quality apartments, lovely area, staff is helpful, but I have two serious complaints; packages are left unattended to in the package drop off area which can give rise to theft and package loss. Isn’t there a way there is a package room where package are being kept securely for residents and then residents collect packages from this package room at specified times in a day? It’s unfair to have your package stolen or misplaced because of this less than ...
optimal package storage system. It also leaves the package area very messy which doesn’t look nice. Also, residents have their trash bins outside their apartment at all times of the day which is unsightly esp as apartment rules stipulate they should keep them in front of their door from after 6pm or so. I have had a wonderful experience here at Modera SLU. The shared spaces are always clean, the staff is absolutely wonderful, responsive, and made my move in so smooth even when going through the MFTE process. I-99 is noisy on the lower floors but the sound insulation is pretty decent. The west side of the building gets a lot of sunlight and it’s wonderful. The area is VERY busy around rush hour but what do you expect living right next to Mercer Street tho street parking is totally doable. One ...
small annoyance of mine is that they don’t seem to have (or I just can’t seem to find) automatic door buttons so if your hands are full or you require assistance opening a door then it’s a hassle. Overall great experience!

Leasing office is very helpful but after they close it's difficult to get help. Valet trash is nice but has its cons and sometimes the hallways begin to smell. Great amenities including a gym that has more equipment than most apartments, a movie theater, shared dining room, and sky roof.
