April 5, 2025Modera Walsh has, by far, been the best apartment complex that I have lived at, and I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the management makes the effort to foster a feeling of neighborly community here through community events, etc. The apartments have many elegant and upscale touches at an affordable price. The maintenance staff are quick to address maintenance requests both for the units and for the general complex. Those in ...management are excellent at holding residents accountable to following their leases so that the elegance, cleanliness, and upscale standards of living are maintained within the community. February 24, 2025I’ve only lived here less than a month but so far i’m loving it! The office staff was super welcoming during my tour and continues to be. They’re super helpful and attentive with any questions I have. I love the neutral finishes in the unit and I love my private garage! I can’t wait for warmer weather so i can drink coffee on my balcony. Coming from downtown fort worth I absolutely love the view of no buildings around me.
