April 26, 2025I just wanted to share my experience moving into Modera Walsh Apartments — and honestly, it’s been really great so far! Coming from living in a house, downsizing, and stepping into a new chapter as an empty nester, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how much I love it here. My apartment is so quiet, and I feel completely safe. I’m especially loving all the cabinet space, my large closet, and just how comfortable everything feels. April 5, 2025Modera Walsh has, by far, been the best apartment complex that I have lived at, and I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the management makes the effort to foster a feeling of neighborly community here through community events, etc. The apartments have many elegant and upscale touches at an affordable price. The maintenance staff are quick to address maintenance requests both for the units and for the general complex. Those in ...management are excellent at holding residents accountable to following their leases so that the elegance, cleanliness, and upscale standards of living are maintained within the community. Overall, I would highly recommend living here, as I have been very happy with my experience here at Modera Walsh.Property Manager Responded
