    We really enjoy living at Modera Walsh. The location is very convenient and everything is just a short drive away. The pool, gym, and shared spaces are beautiful and very well maintained. The only thing we feel the community could improve is adding a space for children. There are quite a few families with kids here, but there isn’t a playground or designated area where they can play and get to know each other. Having something like that would make the community even better for families. Overall, ...

    Just moved in . So far so good! Very moder community that I have to get used to but loving it this far. Really enjoy the poolside vibes in the summer and firepits in cooler months.

    Nice community great amenities year-round pool wonderful clubhouse with free coffee bar office. People are nice and responsive. Safe community no issues with break-ins nice walking path adjacent to the apartments Love. They have a dog washroom and a bicycle storage room as well as a dog park great view views for sunrise and sunset.

    Leasing was simple the office was helpful. Helped out anytime I had a problem or mistake I made. Moving into the apartment was also an easy task.

    I have lived here since the community opened in 2023. Overall, I have had a great experience living here. The area is peaceful and quiet, the amenities are great, and the rent is affordable. The leasing office does a great job at communicating information/updates to the residents, and I am really grateful for that. During the holidays each year, we do tend to see an increase in package theft here, but that is something that is out of the property's control. However, they do try their best to ...
    mitigate the theft in ways that they can control. Also, parking here can be an issue. I would prefer they remove the covered parking spaces, which are an extra charge, and open that up again as free spots. Or, purchase one of the nearby lots of land to use as overflow parking, especially since there is more car traffic now with the construction of a new apartment complex and UTA West. All in all, I have enjoyed living here and would recommend this complex as a great place to live.

    Neighbor upstairs is very noisy for 1 person. Noise comes at all times during the day and sometimes at night. I don’t hear any other neighbors. The landscape is really looking bad. Not maintained well at all. They don’t clean up after themselves.

    Overall it has been a great experience, I have a couple minor things- the master bathroom shower doesn't get hot even turned all the way up. We really need to look at getting another dog park, there are tons of dogs in the complex and the park isn't big enough for all. Also I wish people would clean up after their dog if they poop on the sidewalks or road.
