    Neighbor upstairs is very noisy for 1 person. Noise comes at all times during the day and sometimes at night. I don’t hear any other neighbors. The landscape is really looking bad. Not maintained well at all. They don’t clean up after themselves.

    Overall it has been a great experience, I have a couple minor things- the master bathroom shower doesn't get hot even turned all the way up. We really need to look at getting another dog park, there are tons of dogs in the complex and the park isn't big enough for all. Also I wish people would clean up after their dog if they poop on the sidewalks or road.

    We’ve had nothing but a great experience so far and Aleece is the BEST!!! We moved in and the whole process was smooth and easy. We love how beautiful the property is and all the amenities available to us. We look forward to our time at Modera Walsh!

    the office staff is great! they answered all the millions of questions i had and made the move in process super easy! I am in love with the pool and the calm vibe of this community.

    We just moved into Modera Walsh and we love the apartment and the amenities! All of our neighbors that we met are very friendly and welcoming. We are also excited about the smoke free environment! We had a little trouble with our key fob when we first got the apartment but when we reached out to management about the problem they were quick to respond with a solution. We appreciate everything they’ve done to help us feel comfortable and settled. The only thing I would change is to have more ...
