January 31, 2025Maintenance staff is the most attentive I have ever had in any building. Staff is overall knowledgeable and helpful. Modern buildings are clean and well attended to. I can’t speak for the classic buildings. Neighborhood and location is close to the action and connected to the rest of DC given its close proximity to the metro. My experience with the concierge is mixed, depending on who's working - sometimes they're polite, other times they are a bit unprofessional/rude. January 23, 2025Maintenance and front desk and leasing office people are the best and kindest people always ready to help. However, the building really does feel like it’s falling apart. Elevators work half the time, there’s always broken washers and dryers (and increased prices?), and broken doors at the dog park. There’s also not a lot of communication from management about how they plan to fix stuff or communicating with the building. Great staff, management needs work.Property Manager Responded
