February 8, 2025My resident experience has been great. My fellow residents are polite, courteous, friendly, just to name a few. As for the staff, they are professional, helpful, and are always willing to take a moment out of their busy schedules to assist you with a problem, or just to give a kind hello. January 31, 2025Maintenance staff is the most attentive I have ever had in any building. Staff is overall knowledgeable and helpful. Modern buildings are clean and well attended to. I can’t speak for the classic buildings. Neighborhood and location is close to the action and connected to the rest of DC given its close proximity to the metro. Only slight downside is it can get loud and windows aren’t really the best at blocking noise. However, i do not notice any noise from my neighbors which makes up for it.Property Manager Responded

My experience with the concierge is mixed, depending on who's working - sometimes they're polite, other times they are a bit unprofessional/rude. Modern On M I would like to thank you all for providing a generous, safe, well designed beautiful residential community that we Washington, DC residents protested, gathered, prayed and worked any part time or full time job to see come true. Modern On M you showed the true meaning of Relaxation for the Homelessness, Parents with Children, Students, Seniors, and the Disable how kind and I appreciate the history of buildings being constructed for Washington, DC ...Residents and Citizens through out the United States Map. January 23, 2025Maintenance and front desk and leasing office people are the best and kindest people always ready to help. However, the building really does feel like it’s falling apart. Elevators work half the time, there’s always broken washers and dryers (and increased prices?), and broken doors at the dog park. There’s also not a lot of communication from management about how they plan to fix stuff or communicating with the building. Great staff, management needs work.Property Manager Responded
