Winter and Rosa were the sweetest to us from the start, making the move-in process smooth and easy. March 17, 2025This has been the worst apartment experience ever. Management, especially Winter and Rosa, constantly place notices on residents' doors—whether it’s a five-day notice or a ten-day notice, it feels like a never-ending cycle. They charge for valet trash pickup, yet when the service fails to collect it, instead of addressing the issue, they simply leave another notice. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking property, the entire premises constantly smell like marijuana, and even maintenance ...smokes on-site. I’ve worked for cvs pharmacy for over 5 years and they tried to tell me my check stubs were fake basically! Waist of time, Winter is the property manager and her communication through the whole process was horrible cost me and my family money and time we didn’t have!
