Winter and Rosa were the sweetest to us from the start, making the move-in process smooth and easy. The unit itself is beautiful and we're in love with everything, we're proud to say we're residents of Moderne and hope to be years to come. March 17, 2025This has been the worst apartment experience ever. Management, especially Winter and Rosa, constantly place notices on residents' doors—whether it’s a five-day notice or a ten-day notice, it feels like a never-ending cycle. They charge for valet trash pickup, yet when the service fails to collect it, instead of addressing the issue, they simply leave another notice. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking property, the entire premises constantly smell like marijuana, and even maintenance ...smokes on-site. The management is manipulative, with Winter pressuring tenants to "surrender" their units rather than going through a formal eviction, claiming it looks better for the tenant—when in reality, it just makes her job easierRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
