YOU ARE BETTER OFF NOT RENTING HERE
May 18, 2021Updated 05/18/2021 COCKROACHES. Photos posted. "Bug Blaster" came early this morning. Sprayed the next door neighbors that was kicked out last month. THERE WERE NO COCKROACHES WITH ME OR WHEN I MOVED IN. They are now in my house as my cat chased this disgusting cockroach and I killed it. The Bug Blaster came with no warning from Delong or the property manager. The woman Pauline was right when she said "the place is cursed." If it seems too good to be true..it probably is. As soon as the ...units that were for sale were sold, landscaping and weed removal was discontinued at the rentals. There are weeds everywhere. The neighbors who are Springdale locals and actually care about the area, came by, four of them and picked up trash around this building. For whatever reason, many times I will come home. I only have one car. With a two bedroom rental. And the others in this complex with a studio will have three guests with three cars overnight and there is no parking for me. I suggested to the owner that perhaps assigned parking would solve the problem. He told me to park in the street. There is ongoing construction and it starts very early in the morning. Pictures of weeds and construction I've posted. Dust,,,dirt comes into your unit from the ongoing construction. Every day on weekends and weekdays the construction workers will yell to each other at 5AM and wake you up. They are building another townhouse 50 yards from my bedroom. You can't really leave your windows open when its cool due to the dirt dust and noisy construction. The neighbors across the street are very unfriendly, judgmental. strange really. They smoke every 30 minutes and stare at you from their deck and just stare at you. Nothing better to do. I have a single kayak on my lower deck, covered. You can’t see it. Pauline took my son aside and told him you better get rid of that kayak. Or Vaunie. The property mgr will Come after you. Hmm. Many other comments I could make, however, I recommend if you decide to rent here to rent on the backside not facing the street..the look e loos, exposure to strangers and bike thieves, ebikes milling around early in the morning, ongoing dusty construction is very real in the front units.
