The community is very nice and relaxing, although the administrative personnel is not the best helping with issues, sometimes they’re scene rude when asked questions about property topics (including issues with maintenance)

Love love love living here, but is very expensive. The amenities are nice, but the gym is small, but it accommodates to everyone. and the pool is very nice

Great environment! Nice pool, and quiet area. Plenty of out door space to walk and enjoy. The clubhouse is nice, as are the outdoor spaces including a fire lplace on the patio.

Mollybrook is the perfect place for me. I love the community. It’s all ages. I’ve been here since it opened and I’ve been in the same two bedroom apartment on the first floor, which is great for my disabilities. I love that you can be a social as you want or you could just keep to yourself if you want, guess my complaint is that there’s been a big turnover lately but like I said, I’ve been here for three years so I just hope my neighbors are nice as the ones that left

Counting down til lease is up honestly. Quality of materials is really low ie my door is hollow, walls paper thin etc. price is too high for what it is. The “Buzzoto” brand scent piped throughout the place is off putting.
