Will upgrade if they fix the EV chargers

Everything else in the apartment complex is amazing, no complaints so far at all.
HOWEVER, they advertise (like so many other complexes) that they have EV charging but ALL 12 chargers are from a network that was bought out in 2022 and the complex ownership still has not started an enterprise account with the new "Blink" network and thus all the chargers DO NOT work. Which is a shame because that was the 2nd most important thing for me when shopping around different complexes.

paying standby utility costs for 12 commercial chargers that are generating zero revenue and failing to deliver on advertised community amenities.
IF they can get this fixed--which is as important for many residents as having access to a gas station, mind you--I will very gladly stay here, renewing my lease.
Hoping someone important enough sees this to be able to make some movement in that change; whether that be installing a new charger network situation in the garage, or just getting corporate to properly set up with the Blink network.
