The Monadnock Mill is a residential redevelopment of Mill No. 3 of the original group of mills in Claremont’s historic district. The former textile mill is said to have originally produced famous quilts in damask, embroidery, and point lace designs and since has been the home to several industrial spaces. December 10, 2023To high of a price , horrible parking. Plus, it's near crime area of town. Shooting down the road a few months ago. Unloading your car in on a busy street blocking traffic. No thank you. No amenities really.Review from Apartments.com
