December 19, 2024I've been living at Monarc for almost 5 years and I really love it. It's close to my work and can do everything in walking distance. The only issue I think they have is the organization with the lockers.Review from Apartments.com

November 1, 2024Overall the apartment is great, but I have a few suggestions: The Wifi in the gym is very weak. We need more weights in the gym - particularly dumbbells that are 8, 10, and 15 pounds.
