Monarch is everything I've been looking for.
March 13, 2025Living in Monarch Apts has been a great experience for me. My apt has a very modern, new feeling to it. The complex is clean & relaxing. Just what I need when I come home from a long day of work. I've gotten to know my neighbors & could say its one of the best communities I've lived in. My dog loves running in the dog park, and there are individually divided areas as well if i ever feel she wants her own space. Thin Walls, Poor Construction.
October 13, 2024The construction of Monarch Apartments is sadly subpar. You can feel vibrations of people walking in the hallways or in their unit. You can hear people in surrounding units and down the hall as if they’re in the room with you. If you value a quiet place to live this is not the place for you. Management doesn’t show empathy regarding issues amongst tenants.Review from Apartments.com
