Been in communication with them for a while and sent my daughters there to do a tour for me a lady was very unprofessional and rude. The tour was for 1pm and they were running behind so my daughter called and asked if they could still come they were told yes. But upon arrival it was a sign on door saying out to lunch but they clearly saw people walking around in their. And a lady came out and was “ can’t you read, we at lunch” pointing to sign. a viewing then she says the in a team meeting. Which is it, either you on lunch or in a meeting because it’s not the same thing. My thing is if your “lunch” was so important you shouldn’t have told them to come or you could’ve been a little more polite about it. No professionalism at all. But y’all expect people who have traveled from out of state to take that kind of treatment. Absolutely not, we don’t accept where we are from so we surely not gonna take it there. So just know you all missed out some very respectable, clean, and responsible tenants because we were gonna try to rent a 2 bdrm for me and a 1 bdrm for my other daughter. If you treat potential tenants like this lord knows how they treat the tenants who live there. Just like cancer you need to cut out the bad thing that harming you and not hiring people who are just there for a check.
