We've only been at the property for a short while, but have nothing but great things to say. Cam and crew have been wonderful. We made the right decision and as a matter of fact have already renewed for another 18 months! We're not going anywhere! :) The grounds are well kept. The parking is ample. There are numerous free amenities. There are some small noise issues but you're going to get that with any apartment community. It isn't anything that isn't expected. Now if you'll excuse me ...

Great for apartment living

We are one of the younger families that has moved in since Monarch switched from a 55+ community. Although no longer 55+, it still has a strong community feel that often comes with those types of communities. The apartments are nice and have a high quality feel to them. The sound barriers between the aparrments must be pretty decent because we never hear our next door neighbors (different story with upstairs, but that can't be avoided). It is a very safe feeling complex with a gated parking lot, ...

locked doors after office hours, and several security cameras throughout the property. There has been a lot of staff transition while they have searched for someone permanent, and everyone has been wonderful. Cameran, who is currently here, is highly organized and it is easy to tell that she strives to keep her residents feeling at home.
