Clean
July 8, 2025Initially moving in was a bit rocky due to the previous tenant. Monarch station addressed my issues timely and when there was a major issue with one of their contractors for our specific problem, they were able to contract an outsider to meet our needs. After that issue over a year ago we have absolutely no complaints. It’s a clean and quiet neighborhood and maintenance could not get any better. They are quick and efficient. The only area of improvement would be the parking. It would be nice ...for our second parking space to be closer and for here to be more visitor parking. But living here otherwise is amazing. The only choice in coconut creek!
April 7, 2025Amazing experience here. With 10 days left my rental fell through. The staff at Monarch recognized my stress. Joanna and Trisha went above and beyond to help ease my stress! Moving is already so stressful, Joanna and Trisha were able to remove some of that stress! I highly recommend Monarch station!Property Manager Responded
