Clean
July 8, 2025Initially moving in was a bit rocky due to the previous tenant. Monarch station addressed my issues timely and when there was a major issue with one of their contractors for our specific problem, they were able to contract an outsider to meet our needs. After that issue over a year ago we have absolutely no complaints. It’s a clean and quiet neighborhood and maintenance could not get any better. They are quick and efficient. The only area of improvement would be the parking. It would be nice ...for our second parking space to be closer and for here to be more visitor parking. But living here otherwise is amazing. March 29, 2025Johana and her team made the entire move in process very easy and seamless. She took a lot of care to answer any concerns we may have had and I am grateful for that. The property is well kept and it is very attractive. This is my wife and I’s first time renting and the application was very simple to get through.
