I’ve been living here for over 3 years and I love it. After relocating from CT to South Florida I wanted to live in a place with a resort feel and that’s exactly what you get here. The amenities are amazing, I love the pool. When I post pictures people think I’m on vacation! You really don’t hear your neighbors, my unit is very quiet. And the office and maintenance staff are great at helping out when needed.

The staff here are friendly and professional! Johanna and Diego are both very friendly! Kudos to the maintenance team!! They are amazing! “Besos”They keep the community safe and clean . Very relaxing atmosphere!

Initially moving in was a bit rocky due to the previous tenant. Monarch station addressed my issues timely and when there was a major issue with one of their contractors for our specific problem, they were able to contract an outsider to meet our needs. After that issue over a year ago we have absolutely no complaints. It’s a clean and quiet neighborhood and maintenance could not get any better. They are quick and efficient. The only area of improvement would be the parking. It would be nice ...
for our second parking space to be closer and for here to be more visitor parking. But living here otherwise is amazing. We just renewed our lease.

We were residents for over a year, but had to move due to personal circumstances. The monarch experience was incredible. A huge thank you to Johanna, Shawn, and the rest of the maintenance team! If you move to monarch station, you won’t regret it!
