I've lived at Monarch Dos Vientos since Nov 2023. The property, including the pool, spa, gym amenities, barbeque and landscaping amenities, are well-maintained. Staff are professional, responsive, and always on-site, and respond quickly to work orders/maintenance requests. The location is beautiful, tucked away in the planned community of Dos Vientos in Newbury Park. It is right across from Sycamore Canyon elementary school, and there are three beautiful parks within walking distance of Monarch, ...

as well as ample hiking trails. It is safe, clean, and overall a wonderful place to live. I recommend this property highly.

We were very fortunate to be able to get into Monarch Apartments after we lost our home in the Palisades fire. Staff was welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. Tiffany was outstanding in helping us through the application process and showing us available units. The unit we are in suits us perfectly. We couldn’t be happier. The accommodations here are first rate. It has everything we wanted, pool, jacuzzi and gym. The buildings are in excellent conditions and the complex is secure ...
