Great property, great location
May 28, 2025I've lived at Monarch Dos Vientos since Nov 2023. The property, including the pool, spa, gym amenities, barbeque and landscaping amenities, are well-maintained. Staff are professional, responsive, and always on-site, and respond quickly to work orders/maintenance requests. The location is beautiful, tucked away in the planned community of Dos Vientos in Newbury Park. It is right across from Sycamore Canyon elementary school, and there are three beautiful parks within walking distance of Monarch, ...as well as ample hiking trails. It is safe, clean, and overall a wonderful place to live. I recommend this property highly.Property Manager Responded

Living at Monarch is the best!
February 24, 2025We were very fortunate to be able to get into Monarch Apartments after we lost our home in the Palisades fire. Staff was welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. Tiffany was outstanding in helping us through the application process and showing us available units. The unit we are in suits us perfectly. We couldn’t be happier. The accommodations here are first rate. It has everything we wanted, pool, jacuzzi and gym. The buildings are in excellent conditions and the complex is secure ...and gated. Excellent place to live
February 13, 2025If you are looking for a place to call home that combine modern amenities with a serene environment, look no further than monarch at dos Vientos. Additionally, the leasing office staff Tiffany, is exceptionally helpful and patient. I relocated from Shanghai to Thousand Oaks. As a foreigner, who has no clue about the process and requirements for renting apartment, Tiffany offered me tremendous help. July 21, 2015The mature trees within the courtyard mirror the natural beauty of the rolling hills beyond the walls of the complex, and make the third floor apartments that nestle in their leaves feel like tree houses! While the apartments only have balconies and no yards, the courtyard offers residents a grassy sanctuary from the stresses of life, with comfortable seating and a barbeque, and the backdrop of burbling water fountain. The well-presented gym, pool and hot tub offer something for the more active ...resident. The apartments themselves are clean, bright, quiet, and boast a kitchen that even a fast food junkie will be motivated to try out; the garages are large enough to hold the USS Nimitz!
