Beautiful location on the edges of Pheasant Branch Conservancy
September 6, 2020In addition to easy access to the conservancy, the 2 bedroom apartment we live in is spacious, bright and comfortably laid out. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The pool and the grounds are really well maintained. The staff has been great: friendly and always quick to respond to any requests. Good Place Away From Downtown Madison
September 6, 2015The apartment complex is quiet and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is within walking distance of a CVS, gas station, and a couple of restaurants, with a grocery store only a couple of blocks away. September 6, 2015This apartment is in a good location for commuting to downtown Madison. It gets you away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but is still close enough to make the bus ride or drive in not too much of a hastle. The complex is very quiet and provides well maintained common areas. It has a playground for children, a small workout room and computer lab, and outdoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the apartments are well maintained. July 24, 2015There are great perks to living at Middleton Shores - free cable, free internet, free laundry, free parking, free pool, free heat - so great! The prices are the best in town too for all the stuff you get. The staff are excellent - the maintence crew are on top of everything and very friendly. When it snows they have the sidewalks iced before I leave for work already! One negative is that the walls are paper thin - you can literally hear your neighbor sneeze sometimes.
