Beautiful location on the edges of Pheasant Branch Conservancy

In addition to easy access to the conservancy, the 2 bedroom apartment we live in is spacious, bright and comfortably laid out. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The pool and the grounds are really well maintained. The staff has been great: friendly and always quick to respond to any requests.
Walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store and several good eateries and an easy drive to downtown.
Fantastic place!

Middleton Shores is an great place to live! Whether you are single or have a family you will find the staff and tenants warm and inviting. Middleton Shores is a well maintained property with plenty of green space, community garden, playground and pool. In addition to all of these great amenities the staff at Middleton Shores are wonderful to work with. I have been very happy living in this charming, social and fun community. Good Place Away From Downtown Madison

The apartment complex is quiet and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is within walking distance of a CVS, gas station, and a couple of restaurants, with a grocery store only a couple of blocks away. It is far enough away from the craziness of downtown Madison but still close enough that the commute isn't too horrible.

This apartment is in a good location for commuting to downtown Madison. It gets you away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but is still close enough to make the bus ride or drive in not too much of a hastle. The complex is very quiet and provides well maintained common areas. It has a playground for children, a small workout room and computer lab, and outdoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amazing office staff - always friendly. The maintenance crew are friendly and on top of things. In Winter before I go to work the sidewalks are salted and cleared every morning! The price is amazing for the location, which also includes free cable, internet, heat and laundry! We've call this place home for the last 5 years!

For the price, Middleton Shores offers an amazing deal in an area that is typically quite pricey. It is a perfect place for young families, students, etc. Though it is not the most beautifully new building, it is nice enough and well-kept. Maintenance and office staff are very friendly and willing to help!

There are great perks to living at Middleton Shores - free cable, free internet, free laundry, free parking, free pool, free heat - so great! The prices are the best in town too for all the stuff you get. The staff are excellent - the maintence crew are on top of everything and very friendly. When it snows they have the sidewalks iced before I leave for work already! One negative is that the walls are paper thin - you can literally hear your neighbor sneeze sometimes.
