May 5, 2025This place is entirely profit-driven and shows little to no genuine concern for its residents. They seem far more interested in collecting fees than in maintaining a safe, livable community. The positive reviews you see online are likely curated or misleading — they don’t reflect the reality of living here. It’s a tactic to lure new tenants in, but once you’re locked into a lease, the truth becomes painfully clear: poor management, hidden fees, and a complete lack of accountability.Review from Apartments.com
Worst apartment’s ever
May 5, 2025This property has gone downhill since AMC Management took over. I’ve been a loyal resident since 2022, but since their arrival, it feels like they’ve done nothing but find ways to push residents out and squeeze money from us. Fees are constantly increasing, often with little explanation — including hidden charges like mandatory trash services and random “convenience” fees. Parking is always an issue, cars are regularly broken into, and management is completely unresponsive — they rarely answer ...calls or emails. Since I moved in, the management has changed at least three times, and AMC is by far the worst. They’ve even changed the late fee policy each month, seemingly to justify eviction fees. There’s no sense of empathy or community here. The only consistent thing is their focus on profit, not people. They may pretend to care when it’s convenient, but it’s clear it’s all about money — not about taking care of the residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 29, 2023Trash everywhere, no security, poor communication. It took me 9-10 months for a maintenance request. Bulk area is an eye sore, neighbors are nasty and don’t follow rules and blast car music.Property Manager Responded

German Roaches
October 15, 2022I used to live here..within months we had a problem with German roaches, they’re different than all the other kinds of roaches, they lay 40 nymphs in one egg sac..nobody takes trash out and the compactor is always full. Poop everywhere, one of the residents saw a Rat once because it was so bad. German Roaches are EXTREMELY hard to get rid of. Even if your place is spotless you WILL get them. There are people that come to these places that do not care about them, I was told by a property manager ...that some residents do not see an issue with them because they’ve had em forever…some of the residents are just dirty, careless. Probably on drugs and don’t clean up. The initial property manager was Ardent and they didn’t do background checks on people and were trying to get people in there as soon as possible…within 7 months of me living there, I saw these little Light brown Critters crawling FAST all on my kitchen utensils, spice Cabinet, on the stove, they eventually infested my shower because of water, when I moved out I had to throw away my bed frame because they were on it and probably layed eggs somewhere deep in the depths of the frame…anybody who is dealing with this problem now, inspect your things, if you have clothes buy Vacuum sealable bags and seal them, roaches cannot live without oxygen for 48 hours, these are the type of roaches that you can take with you to another place if you’re not careful. It got so bad I had no choice but to leave. Do not live here, property manager Jordan was very nice and understanding of the situation. But for your sanity do not live here, I lived on Campus and would occasionally see a Oriental roach or something that lives outside, but German Roaches are what I like to call the Devils insects, don’t do it to yourself by signing a lease here, at this point the buildings will need to be burned down and rebuilt with proper insulation. Cockroaches

January 24, 2022There are ROACHES infesting an entire building because certain people don’t take out their trash and keep their place clean. There is dog poop on every square inch of grass behind the garages. And rent has been raised over $300 in less than a year.Review from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE
December 4, 2021Jordan the property manager was so rude to me when I was inquiring about applying. My kids were talking in the background and she was making snotty comments about my kids on the phone!! Trash everywhere in the complex and not to mention there was nowhere to park.
